In my check in I asked for a glass of water because I had just come in from the heat outside and was feeling unwell. Both receptionists told me that I had to buy a bottle of water. There was no drinking water available, and they didn’t make any effort to help or even get me some water. I found their attitude very disappointing, especially given that I was feeling unwell at the time.
Breakfast ! they give you 3 option on their menu. I don't understand why eggs is not available and bacon is included? Eggs is expensive in Japan ? is just Horrendous that you need to choose for something that you don't want to eat! plus, some people were vegetarian , another people cant eat eggs , feel sorry for the ladies in the breakfast room had to deal with it .So complicated !
This is not a 4 star hotel !
