La struttura è pulita e tenuta bene, dotata di una ristorante a buffet, parcheggio gratuito, piscina e spiaggia privata. La posizione è strategica per visitare la città di Kos e altre cittadine di mare limitrofe. Inoltre è possibile prenotare direttamente dalla struttura un servizio taxi per l’aeroporto.
È necessario migliorare la trasparenza delle comunicazioni ai clienti, il cambio asciugamani e consegnare la lista con i prezzi delle bibite durante i pasti (per evitare spiacevoli incomprensioni al momento del pagamento) visto che non sono incluse. Inoltre per usufruire del servizio spiaggia è necessario pagare una tariffa extra di cui non ero al corrente e che non era indicata. Gli extra devono sempre essere comunicati al cliente in anticipo.

Practicality everything, Staff so friendly and helpful 😊 Hotel was clean,room was great waking up and seeing and hearing the sea 🌊 Food was good and plentiful,Only thing I would say is I think water should be free with evening meal and possibly a pot of tea, but I would definitely go back So 9 out of 10

Personel çok yardımsever ve güler yüzlüydü. Temizlik çok iyiydi.
Otelin "olağanüstü" puanını görüp tercih ettik ancak kahvaltı ve akşam vasatın altındaydı. Akşam yemekleri için seçenek çok sınırlıydı. Kahvaltı için de aynı şekilde. Dışarıda yemek zorunda kaldık. Plajı olan otel olması tercih sebebimizdi, plajdan da ücret aldılar. Bunu garip bulduğum için otel müşterilerine "indirimli" ama dediler.
Lokasyon sebebiyle deniz çok dalgalı ve keyifsizdi. Adanın güneybatısındaki plajları değerlendirdik.
