Atlantic Oceanfront Hotel, Wells Beach

The close proximity to the ocean. I could watch the waves and sunrises from my balcony.

I could hear the people above me what sounded like they were moving furniture around. The hotel was pricey.

Exceptional views, right on the beach. Staff is amazing.

It was a bit pricy but understandable considering the location is literally right on the beach.

The room was very comfortable. We all enjoyed the pool and ocean access was so convenient

Unfortunately I have a bad knee and the stairs were hard.

Nice, large room. Decent amenities. Great location on the beach.

Parking is awkward and cramped. there is no elevator and the stairway is like a fire escape. There was a strange smell and my entire family got sick shortly after arriving. Told a maid and she seemed unconcerned. Told more staff upon checking out, also unconcerned. The four of us were sick for the next two weeks.... Room was nice but hard to recommend. I believed I had booked an ocean front room (most are), however ours was not and we were told there was nothing they could do because we booked online. There were oceanfront vacancies and I offered to pay extra....
