The apartment was in a brilliant location and had a lovely pool area.
I do not complain wasily but our holuday got off to a bad start when We were charged an additional €50 to be met with the keys on arrival which was a shock. We were told that this was €10 per hour charge as their check in was upto 20.00pm. Although it does state a check in time it does not show additional charges anywhere on the booking and added a significant cost to our trip.
The pull out bed in the lounge is poor and very uncomfortable. It also smelt of urine.
There were x6 Adults and there were not enough towels. Despite contacting and asking for more towels we did not get any more so we had to buy a bath sheet again adding more cost to our trip. The apartment charged us for x6 people but only provided towels for x5.
There was insufficient cleaning products and only a few toilet rolls so we had to buy more.
The microwave did not work.
I had to move the bed in the main bedroom and was grossed out by the dust and muck.
