Good

Both bedrooms were spacious and had large desks and hanging space. The kitchen was well-equipped. Late in our stay, we discovered a lovely park nearby.

The bathroom was small and dimly lit. The washbasin was so small that we mostly used the kitchen sink. The large room leading to each of the four apartments was a bit odd.

Nice apartments for couple

Spacious and bright apartments. All the facilities were provided, even washing machine.

A bit noisy, especially when somebody is walking on the floor above

All round lovely and comfortable space. Perfect for a few days.

Not the most fabulous place, but all things considered, it's pretty good value for money.

Clean, comfortable, quiet, washing machine is a nice bonus. 20min walk / 5min drive to the city.

The ceiling rattles when elephants upstairs stomp around. There was one spider (named Edgar) on duty. The place could use better curtains so one can sleep in the morning.

A spacious and comfortable private place not very far from downtown

* The apartment was spacious. * The kitchen, fridge (with freezer), washing machine and drying rack * The wide square-shaped table was comfortable for working or dining * The comfortable double bed * Three supermarkets in the walking distance * Small and big lamps

*Problems with opening the entrance door. You need to place the key in a special position in the keyhole to open the door. In the beginning, it took me 5 mins to open the door. More I practised every day less time it took to open the door. Once even a cleaning lady couldn't open it. * You could hear everything from the corridor in the apartment and I guess vice versa. * One day, the internet was super slow, the rest of the days was fast. * Additional garbage bags were not provided. * No detergent liquid provided.

A great place to stay in Riga

We were looking for a base to explore Riga and surroundings for few days. This appartment was certainly a great choice. Check-in is easy, instructions clear, and independent - even when arriving late, things were easy for us. You can park in the yard - great for us, as we did not use the car for three days. You get in the yard only after you get to the room, but it cannot be organised otherwise. Without that possibility parking would be a nightmare. The room is spatious enough, even in a limited space the owner managed to separate the sleeping area from the rest. There are two tables (one in the kitchen area, one writing table close to the window) - that suited us perfectly. The kitchen is very well equiped, we did not miss anything (possibly a tray to put the washed dishes on?). There is even a washing machine in the corridor, good for travellers on a longer trip. Both the room and the bathroom were perfectly clean. There is a lot of space to put your stuff in, shelves, wardrobe... The location is great, you can easily walk to the centre.

The street is rather busy, so the window must be closed nearly all the time. But that is an understandable price for an appartment in such a central location.
