Abslolutely loved the location. Exactly what we hoped for when we booked.
The room was really really cold. My wife kept having muscle cramps. I called the first night but got no help while we were promised a response. I was told the temperature settings were for summer. I tried explaining that we are from a warmer country.
I complained really loudly the second day and we were given a room heater. This could have been done on the first day itself and saved us a bad night.
Please appreciate that your customers can come from various climates and expecting them all to accept one set of room temperature settings does not show the empathy I expected from Radisson

The location was great and very convenient, which was definitely one of the best parts of our stay.
The AC didn't work very well, which made the room less comfortable. I also couldn't find the iron in the room, but when I asked the staff, they provided one promptly, which I appreciated. Considering the price I paid, however, I expected a little more in terms of comfort and overall room amenities.

Good location.
The sauna was open past 11 PM. They said we can use it by 11 PM but half an hour after there was nobody there to check.
Very outdated. NOT at all at the Radisson standards.. we've been extremely surprised that that was a Radisson.
