Location and how well the hotel was kept. Very tidy and very good breakfast they have!

It's new and good looking hotel, with a clean areas all around. Sauna is perfect, really good looking!
There was no heating in the room. We were staying with a child and she got caught after first night, because temperature in the room was even less then 18 degree. Plus the ventiliation was making so much noise it was barely possible to sleep. During the night we informed staff about these problems, they switched to another room, but the problem with heating haven't been solved till 8 pm. So whole day it was cold, it's good that at least they gave us small heating ventilator... We asked for compensation, because 5 star hotel has to take care of client in highest terms, but it happened that it wasn't so good as we were expecting, but the compensation was just to take 20 euro off the parking fee... Probably last time we're coming here...
