Отличные апартаменты - просторные, светлые, уютные, все очень удобно. Две огромные спальни, одна из них с рабочим местом (нам было очень удобно им воспользоваться). Большая ванная комната с ванной и теплым полом. Прекрасно оборудованная кухня со всем необходимым, даже с отдельной духовкой. Прекрасно продуманная процедура самостоятельного заезда (мы приехали позней ночью и без проблем заселились). Все очень понравилось, очень благодарны хозяйке!

Единственный минус - немного прохладно, мы привыкли к более теплому климату. Но был дополнительный обогреватель, который полностью решил вопрос.

Superb apartment

Spacious, great kitchen and baths. Old center is at 20 minutes walk. There are some groceries nearby, and unfortunately only kebab houses within reach.

Great location, all the facilities you need for self catering and a quiet undisturbed flat

When we arrived, the apartment did not match the description or expectations, and we would’ve been very disappointed at the top level flat. We were told that the photographs shown were cover photos and not all flats Looked like this. However, upon expressing disappointment they promptly moved us to the flat that was shown in the photographs and it was really lovely. So you have to be careful with what flat you believe you’re getting, but it was very nice in the end. The one we had had lots of natural light and balconies, which is exactly what we wanted to enjoy your breakfast and evening meals. Location is very easy for the shops, central station, and to walk to the central markets and the old town The kitchen facilities at the flat had everything you needed, including a washing machine and dryer. So for self catering, this was exactly what we wanted. It was also warm as heaters provided It was very quiet. You are not disturbed during the evening or in the morning, which was really lovely to have a relaxing experience. It was unfortunate for us that the beds were not very comfortable so we came home very tired. They did provide us with additional pillows in an attempt to help which was very much appreciated. So we should not be expecting hotel quality beds perhaps but this was the only complaint as everything else was truly lovely.

Clean and very quiet apartment with plenty of space and no A/C.

Clean and very quiet apartment with plenty of space. The kitchen is great and the location is very good. Parking spaces inside the yard that can be reserved.

There is no air conditioning. Luckily there are many windows and doors in every room that can be opened. It helps a bit if it is not too hot.

Nice apartment in convenient safe location. Enjoyable stay and easy walk into the main centre.

Nice apartment in convenient safe location. Sun comes in from either side depending on the time of day which made the apartment bright and airy. Everything was new or nearly new and it was spotless. Nice bedding and towels and comfortable beds. Nice and easy instructions for accessing the apartment which was helpful after a long journey. The apartment was within 10 minutes of the train/bus station. The hosts very helpful and accommodating.

Very good

excellent and fast communication and good service with the stuff, very big and confortamble appartment with variaty electrical divices. the location of the apartment it is near in the center. good private parking place. heated bathroom floor. The apartment was very clean

The whole apartment except the bathroom it was very cold. need to pay extra for the private parking. the price of the apartment was a big expensive. althought there was an elevator the access to the apartment it was difficult for families or people with special needs.

Really good customer service. Good location, easy to walk everywhere. There was everything that you need for your stay.

Bath tub was kind of old and small, unfortunately we didn’t get that apartment where there was better bath tub. But shower worked well.

Spacious and clean apartment

Location was excellent and easy to find. Apartment was very quiet. High ceilings are also good. Kitchen had everything necessary for cooking. Apartment had also dishwasher. There are 2 bathrooms which is very convenient and bonus with a washing machine. Private parking

Even with an elevator, there is a flight of stairs to get to the apartment. There is a private parking but it is not clearly marked. Not very really close to the old city.

Good for work and stay with family/friends/colleagues.

A pleasant place to stay close to Riga railway station and shopping centre Origo. The rooms are full of air and light, very comfortable. One bedroom is equipped with office table and extra rooter, so you can work there and use stable Internet connection with a good speed. We enjoyed the time spent there and would surely come back.

We were experiencing a shortage of chairs, because there are 4 of them near the dining table, and there were 6 of us.

Spacious apartment with two bedrooms and two bathrooms in a quiet area.

The location was good for us - close to shopping center Origo and railway station. Not a bad walk to Riga old town - we like to walk around the city a lot, so did not mind the distance (1 km or so).

very well located, large apartment with everything you would expect. Good starting point for activities in Riga. clean beds and bathrooms. Air conditioning makes staying in the attic apartment more comfortable in summer!

Spacious and clean apartment

Well equipped and spacious two bedroom apartment. Kitchen had coffee machine using Illy cupolas and also separate press jug for coffee. Kitchen had everything necessary for cooking. Apartment had also dishwasher. Apartment was clean and there was lot of space. Bedrooms had double beds and in living room there was sofa bed and dining table. Bathroom had full size bath and also washing machine. The location is walking distance from old town (about 1,3 km) and bus station (1,2 km). Just next to the entrance to the apartment court yard there is small cafeteria to eat breakfast (pastries, khachapuri, pirogis etc). Next to the cafeteria there is also small shop. There is dumpling (and also other food) place nearby as well, maybe 200 m towards city center. In about 300 m there were several kebab places as well. Neighborhood is safe (as most of Riga). We walked each evening from old town quite late without any issues.

Microwave in the kitchen was in the corner with no power socket available. So in order to use microwave you need find other place for it or have extension cord (which was not available in apartment). Illy coffee machine is not very common, and none of the nearby supermarkets sold extra coffee cupolas for that machine.

Well maintained apartment within comfortable walking distance of city centre

We had a lovely stay at this very clean, comfortable and well maintained apartment. Everything appeared to be new. The bed was very comfortable (could do with an extra set of pillows, but minor point). Shower was excellent, very powerful and always plenty of hot water. Washing machine was an added bonus and very easy to use, with washing liquid and drying rack provided. It was also nice to have a coffee machine, as well as a kettle. The apartment is housed within a very quiet and well maintained residential building. Thank you for a very enjoyable stay.

The location is amazing, everything you need you can find at your apartment. It was pretty pleasant to get home after a busy day in Riga or Jurmala.

If you have back or neck pain think about the mattress, it was not very comfortable.
