Nothing too fancy but still comfortable and well located. Staff were friendly and the hotel was clean and tidy. The spa was nice although the steam room wasn't open when we went sadly.
Breakfast was okay but not amazing plus it is provided in the basement... so not the nicest venue!

The position was top. Never found a place to stay so close to what I needed (autobus and train station in this case).
It allowed me to get around Riga without having to schedule anything before my arrival. Furthemore the staff was excellent, trying to accomodate each one of my needs.

The localization is great, and the staff is super friendly. The price is neat.
The overall room was also fine - clean (I usually check everything twice, and there was nothing to worry about) and the bed was comfortable. I didn't use a lot of hotel stuff (such as breakfast).
When we arrived, the lobby was crowded, and we had to wait about 10 minutes to check in.

Location and chance to book a room with spa access. The young woman at the reception was nice and welcoming.
The room was overheated even with the heating off and the window cracked open. It wasn't easy to sleep when it was so overheated. So someone who wants a super warm winter stay, perhaps can find this actually pleasant :)
Also the bedding wasn't quite nice. It was great that it is cotton, but the feel was a bit too rough.
