The hotel staff were very professional and friendly and overall the hotel and rooms are very nicely presented in a nice, quiet area of the city not far from the main bus station. There are various drinks and snacks available at reception and they also had items like washing detergent which was inexpensive and convenient.
The bed and pillows were not the most comfy I have stayed on and the room felt warm at night despite being late September and it not being warm outside. There is no air conditioning and the road is quite noisy if you leave the window open.

Beautiful, spacious room. Stunning building. Really good location. Comfy beds. Very clean. Excellent value for money.
The room rattled a bit with public transport coming by. But this is a very minor thing that most people won't notice.
We would have liked to have more coffee pods included, one per person, per day would have been nice.

It was clean and tidy.
No air conditioning. The staff installed a portable air conditioner after we asked. The window could not close because of it.
