Beautiful hotel and excellent staff. Breakfast had everything you needed. Great location for walking everywhere within the Old Town and close to the river. Very comfortable rooms with all you needed.

Loved everything about it the staff were so lovely and friendly the location is perfect and the cleanliness of the rooms and facilities. I was super happy. Highly recommend it

OMG what an exceptional customer service experience from the moment that we arrived through our departure! In particular, Elvis, the Front Office Supervisor, went above and beyond on several occasions. One in particular: on the day of our arrival, we were exhausted from two days of travel. Although the pizzeria he recommended was only an approximate 3 mins walking distance, we did not want to try to navigate a new city. He offered to pick up our pizza for us as they did not offer delivery. He was extremely responsive, within minutes at most, to our every need! Trainee (aka Ernests) - impressive as well. Upon arrival, I found out that I had only booked two days and not three. He offered to extend the reservation as well as noticed we had booked through your site via my genius discount. He voluntarily offered to price match! He too was extremely responsive. Lastly, Juries, our bartender. My husband has traveled extensively both on business and on pleasure and noted that his vodka martini was one of the best ever! He was friendly, attentive and genuinely a nice individual. In addition, you can not beat the location as you step out the front doors and into the City Centre :) Overall, one of the best experiences EVER!!
We were underwhelmed by the over pretentiousness of the Seasons menu and the chef's unwillingness to accommodate certain requests hence the reason that I only rated the facilities as a 3 versus a 4. Personal preference - I am not in favor very long, thin bath towels as I prefer smaller cushier ones. Lastly, their physical room keys can be cumbersome.
