I really loved the size of the property. For a family of 4 it was probably too big but great for if you were going with more people (6 max). It was nice for us as my girls could have their own room for a change. The place was clean, it was really lovely and cosy and the beds were comfortable. We had everything we needed like towels and basic kitchen equipment so we did cook. It was very convenient in terms of location and literally opposite Saint Magnus Cathedral. I was worried about parking but there was off street parking in the bays which were restricted but they have no parking attendants at the moment so could be a problem if this starts. It was a bargain for what this property is providing. I wish we had stayed for a week but would definitely book again. The owner was very helpful and provided detailed instructions and responded very quickly if I had questions.
Minor thing but TV position was awkward for where the sofa arrangements were but we hardly put it on to be honest :-)

The location was great. The property was well equipped and with a very good welcome pack.
Two of the three bedrooms had twin beds.

Excellent location for the St Magnus Festival centred around the Cathedral which was a few steps away. Close to shops, cafes, bus terminal and the ferry port. Excellent hosts available for any queries. Just perfect!
