Very clean, well located, it has a common kitchen to use

The owner (?) tried to speak with me in messages but didnt reply me in time after they wrote, it was a problem specially when we had a problem

Our booking for was two beds and we only had the one. We made do and it was fine but we paid extra for that option so I would like that extra portion refunded

Good location, efficient and convenient entry process (even though I never met anyone). Comfortable room and bathroom, air conditioning worked really well (not true everywhere!)

I could tell that it wasn’t a non-smoking room. Breakfast was long-life packaged products, I didn’t eat it because it’s so easy and cheap to get something fresh in Rome. But if I was in a hurry and didn’t have time to get anything else it would have been fine.

No information about how to get gt keys before arrived time. Internet not working in grey room. Water was not stoping in bth so getting sleep was very difficult because of noise. Breakfast was very poor, second day they even did not refresh staff.

The room was big and clean. Very comfortable bed. Good breakfast and very good value for money. The little terrace is lovely even if I couldn't use it much as the weather wasn't that great. The host was super friendly, fixed any issues I had and let me leave my backpack after I checked out. Very good experience.

For me personally the bed and the pillows were too soft but some people prefer that so I wouldn't say it is a bad thing. The location was a bit further away from the metro line than I thought although the map was correct.

Location with many restaurants and shops. Nearby is the park with parrots.

Old equipped room with one table and one chair. Bathroom was really out of date and cold. Shower head was full of limescale, toilet seat was not fastened. In the so called living room the light was not working, as well as kettle.

There was breakfast that you could eat at your own leisure, very secure and safe, very friendly staff

Not a great place if you want to sunbathe and the sun leaves the terrace early enough and there is only one lounger other then that it was perfect
