Not fit for commercial rental. Please avoid!!!

Only the location

Everything except the location. Check in time of 3pm was not respected. We arrived at 2.15, after informing earlier that we will be a bit early. We were informed that it can be accommodated or at least we can leave the bags and go. The apartment was not clean when we arrived, hence, we left our bags and returned at 3.45 and everything remained as it is. After constantly calling the owner, the daughter of the owner came to clean at 4.30 and cleaning was not done properly as well. The owner kept saying that she visited the apartment at noon time and was not satisfied with the cleaning, hence asked for the cleaner to come again, who apparently never came. not sure, whether the cleaner even existed. All the dirty laundry, used toiletries, etc, were left outside the door, even after we checked in. The apartment was definitely unfit for commercial operation, as it lacked basic amenities including toiletries, even as basic as toilet paper was missing. Dustbin was kept without any bag, with an open bottom. Kitchen cupboards were full of partially used food items, gym equipments, consumables, same goes for wardrobe and TV cabinet, where already used bedding and blankets, documents were just piled up. Carpet was filthy. It clearly showed that the apartment was being used by the owner or their family members and they haphazardly vacated minutes before we arrived, with no proper cleaning of course. When we entered, washing machine was running and the owner's daughter who came later claiming to clean the apartment in the absence of cleaner went on to even put the dryer operation, after we checked in, used plates in the kitchen, dustbin not emptied. Even the duvets were left without cover and cover was separately kept, expecting the client to arrange everything. Duvet was so used and had holes in it. Overall, this place is not fit for a comfortable stay and they expect customers to pay a 3 star hotel room rate, just because of the location. Please avoid at any cost.

The road without lightening in the night time, quite scary when you walk through this road. So many flies in the property and the facilities not very clean (e.g the tumble dryer with dust, freezer frosted)

Accogliente, pulita, dotata di tutti i comfort e comoda come posizione

Bagno leggermente scomodo, soprattutto la doccia, per via della mansarda. Ma eravamo state avvertite fin da subito dall’host quindi non è stata una sorpresa.
