Overall our stay was great. The proximity to Snowflake Ski lift was a VERY short free shuttle up the hill. When we were done skiing for day we just skied down Four O'Clock run and cut through the Park Place lot! SO convenient. We decided to rent our equipment from Alpine @ Valdora & we received a discount. (a short walk on the path through the trees to get our equipment was nice) Our communication with the owners of #201 Sundowner II were timely & check in/out was smooth.
Heading to downtown for shopping, early dinner & drinks was a short walk down the hill and we enjoyed the proximity to all Breck has to offer.
The updates to the unit were great. The unit was one level up from the covered garage (we did not use as we took a shuttle from the Denver airport) The unit was spacious & clean. There were a few board games & cards available, smart TV's in each bedroom & the main living area. We had 6 of us in our family group (4 college kids & 2 parents) It was the perfect size for us! Did I mention we were steps away from the hot tub (not busy).
Overall it was perfect, but we just have a few suggestions to help future guests:
1. Offer a couple of extra towels for hot tub use.
2. Maybe have a few things available for kitchen-diswasher soap, maybe a recycle bin & few non perishable spices, etc.
3. We were all adults, but maybe some hard plastic drinkware.
4. A book or list of places to Eat, Shop, Drink Local...other suggestions etc.
We loved our stay! Thank you!

Great property yet we found the double bed i tube master room just too small and old. Needs to be upsized to a queen size at least.

Quick walk up to Snowflake lift as well as down to the village. The kitchen was well stocked, and it was nice to have two full bathrooms. Overall, the condo was very clean and as expected.
Having the hot tub 20 steps away was much appreciated after skiing!
Only downside was the sleeper sofa, which is really not feasible for sleeping due to the mattress, which has a huge sag in the middle.

A good place to stay for a small family
We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was nice except for the sofa bed. The mattress would have been great if the support underneath didn’t sag so badly. It was impossible to sleep with it on the base. But, all in all, we had a good time.

We loved the condo. It was more spacious than the pictures appeared. The kitchen was stocked. If you use the trundle, you can’t shut the bedroom door, but that didn’t bother us. The uphill walk to the lift is a little tough for young kids, but we were able to ski right home each afternoon. Parking was available every time in the garage which made it great during the snow. The property was spotless upon our arrival. We would stay here again.

Great time in Breck
Condo was very clean. Had plenty of large towels for showers and extras for the hot tub. To aid future stayers - the condo is actually on level above garage so if in elevators pick Floor 1. The garbage dumpster is located immediately to the right of garage entrance and has a pull down garage door for the opening.

This is a great location and very clean property. It is spacious and well stocked with items to make cooking meals easy. We stayed 10 nights and enjoyed every bit of it. Beds were all in good condition and comfortable. There are plenty of games and movies to watch as well. Will definitely stay here again!

We stayed here to celebrate me getting married and it was perfect. It was an easy jaunt into down and not to mention the size of the condo was just great. Everyone had a bed, and the open living space area made for great girl talk and memory creation. Couldn’t recommend this location more!

We had a late arrival to our unit. A text message was sent to us providing the garage and unit access codes for entry. There was NO EMERGENCY CONTACT NUMBER provided in the text message in case we had problems. Had this been provided by the management company our poor check-in experience may have been able to be remedied easier. We arrived around 10:00PM...the garage door code worked great. We parked, loaded our luggage on a cart and proceeded to the elevator to find our unit. First problem was poor directional signage to our unit. Our unit was a 200# unit...you would think it would be on the second floor, right? There are only 2 floors, 1 and 2. We went up to the second floor and found only 300 units on that floor?? Made no sense to us but we went down to floor 1 and found the 200# units. Fine. There is no lighting along the outdoor uneven pathways and no signage telling you which direction to go to find your unit. We were stumbling around in the dark searching...eventually finding our unit. I might add we are elderly and this was difficult. At the door of our unit, once again, no lighting, so I was holding the flashlight on my cell phone while my husband was attempting to enter the code for our front door. After several attempts we came to the conclusion the code was wrong and was not going to work...therefore no access. With NO EMERGENCY CONTACT NUMBER PROVIDED (we tried to call the number from the text message but it only said they were closed and will reopen 9:00AM tomorrow) , we had no other choice but to find a hotel for the night. Which we did and left $70.00 of groceries in our trunk overnight which some were spoiled. WHAT A MESS!! The next morning I called the management office and it was determined a maintenance man had changed the lock on our unit BUT NEVER ENTERED THE NEW CODE IN THE COMPUTER therefore, they texted us the old code which did not work!!! HUMAN ERROR...POOR TRAINING...I understand mistakes happen however, an emergency contact number would have gone a long way in this situation!! I might add the management company did credit us 2 nights stay off our reservation price for a 4 night stay...which barely covered the cost of our hotel room and groceries. Nothing for our pain and suffering!!

Perfect location-walking distance to Breck’s Main Street & skiing down The 4 O’Clock run at the end of the day! The kitchen was very well stocked for the multiple meals we made for our family, & the gas grill was right outside the kitchen window! We would definitely stay again!

Convenient
We parked our car and left it for the remainder of our stay, because we were blocks away from Main Street, a short walk to the lift, and could ski to a point across the street from the condo.

Every inch of this unit was exactly as advertised and it was such a cozy place to come home to after a long day out in the cold! We had a small issue with the fireplace and they sent over a maintenance team ASAP and it was forced once we got back from lunch. Can’t wait to stay here again!

The kitchen was understocked on common utensils ( drawers broken and flop open when using), The bedrooms did not have blankets ( sheet and comforter only) and it was zero degree during our stay. The couch pullout was broken and lumpy and hard to pull in and out. The couch pillows were dingy and appeared to be in need of replacement ( and cleaning esp due to covid precautions). The fireplace did not have any instructions on how to light and maint. had to be called each night to relight it. However, they arrived promptly to assist. These issues were brought to management attention and we were refunded our cleaning fee and 200 for our stay which was appreciated. I am hoping they will make changes prior to other guests arrivals.

Great place
Very large and worked perfect for our annual ski trip we do all over the USA, this year we went to Breck, 8 guys and this had plenty of room. The pool and spa is a VERY short walk away so that was good to. Also just head down 4 oclock run and your are back easy to the room. Parking was also great.
