Friendly staff, offered to drive us to the airport with no extra charge, clean big room

The toilet did super loud noises in the middle of the night and woke us up. Needed to get up and flush it. This happened twice.

This place deserves your buisness and will earn there pay!

Mariscal Sucre was very kinda and accommodating. I speak little to no spanish and everyone here took the time to help me and figure out what I needed. they brought breakfast to my room every morning and was over all a peaceful and wonderful stay!

Highly recommend for an airport accomodation

Close to the airport, two restaurants were next door, very clean room, and wonderful staff. I had one mechanical issue with the room and it was fixed immediately.

Bottled water should have been provided. The bars of soap were super small. My toilet paper was too small, requiring me to request another on the first day. When turning off the TV, it would not go dark, so I had to unplug the cord.

Difficult, because we didn’t have Wi-Fi until we arrived to see the message that they weren’t able to pick up.

The property was clean and comfortable.

The airport shuttle was only available to drop off at the airport. It does not pick up from the airport for your nights stay. We needed to take a taxi there.

Great stay, especially if going to the airport.

Close to the airport, we stayed one night because we had a really early flight, and this place gave us a ride to the airport. So didn't get much time here, but our experience was great. Very nice staff, no issues, quick check-in, and great that we got a ride to the airport in the morning.

Excellent hostal. Would recommend it.

Nice KING room; Bathroom is clean. Could use a rug when getting out of the shower. Very kind and helpful staff. Good breakfast. One negative, they no longer pick you up at the airport as they used to (upon calling them) - ONLY from the Hotel to the airport and the taxi rate is STEEP ($10) for a 5mn ride (when a taxi ride to Quito (45mn away is only $25 to $27)

Short stay between flight connections, but great place to catch up few hours of sleep.

Great location, 5 minutes away by car from Quito Airport. The drop off to the airport is included at any time of your departure, which is fantastic. Thank you!

As I was late for breakfast, they took it to my room (amazing, I was not expecting that at all)!!! Wifi was great, one of the few really well-working wifi I found around. it's very close to the airport and the shuttle is free! Also, clean and comfy room.

Nice cost effective hotel right by the Quito airport

This was our first time staying at this hotel while traveling through Quito Airport, and I'd definitely stay again. The rooms are small/cozy, but they make the best of them with a small desk and couch. Also a good shower with water pressure and hot water. The location is like 4 minute drive from the airport, so it's a perfect place to spend the night if you need to be at the airport the next morning. I also liked that they deliver breakfast to your door in the morning.

The bed wasn't great, but it wasn't terrible either. Overall no complaints about this hotel, especially given the price. I'll stay here again.

Could be perfect

Very close to the airport, nice big comfortable rooms. There were hot water and WiFi was good.

At about 4:30 a very nearby rooster started calling and it was difficult to sleep. Also when we were out to take the free taxi to the airport some random guy imposed to be from the hotel and after 2 minutes of riding with him he told us to pay. Apparently the hotel forgot to call the taxi. At least one of the stuff woke up after we called them and took us.

Beautiful hostel, no food on-site. The nearest restaurant is about 2 miles from the hostel.

I liked the design of the hostel and how we had our own room. The design of the room and shower were awesome! The shower had very hot water and taking a shower was so relaxing. It was so cozy and comfortable. I liked the design of the layout of the hostel, the beautiful colors, and the hammock out front. They try to make you feel at home. I also like that the hostel was close to the airport. I had a flight to catch early the next morning.

I did not know that the hostel had no restaurant on-site and that none of the other hostels around there did not have a restaurant too. This was very difficult with traveling with young kids. The only place you could get something to eat was at Quito's Airport or at a gas station that had a restaurant close to the airport. Any restaurant was about a 1 mile to 2 miles walk from the hostel. The taxis charge too much money to go 1 to 2 miles. They charge 7 dollars to the gas station close to the airport and 7 dollars to return back to the hostel. I stayed in downtown Quito before visiting this hostel and the taxis charged 4 dollars to go from one side of downtown to the other side of town, which is a further distance than the taxis took us for food from the hostel. I think what would help this hostel and the hostels around it is if they would build a small restaurant or kitchen to provide food for their guests, even if it is only twice a day. The customers would greatly appreciate this.
