Lovely situation right beside the lake. Comfortable, very good heating Plenty of kitchen ware 5 min drive to shopping amenities

Steep driveway means having yo be very careful coming in & out of property. No other concerns

Girls birthday get together

Spent most time around kitchen table. Lots of laughs. Lovely and warm. Everything we needed was there. Kerry just a phone call away and it w HI as lovely he met us when we arrived

Stairs to steep to upstairs & couldn't find where to plug electric blankets. Couldn't get video to work. Prefer 2 ply toilet paper. Drive so steep we bought dinner in so didn't drive down in dark

everything about the property was wonderful, clean, comfortable & the gardens with all its hidden areas was fabulous. I would highly recommend & would certainly stay there again.

A good place to stay, lovely views,location and amenities.

Loved the fireplace Great views Well stocked kitchen. Roomy house and big dining table ideal for our large family group. Nice ensuited bedroom. Lots of great movies and CDs (except the 14th month old kept pulling them off the shelf as they were floor level!) Good tiled entryway, very helpful as it rained constantly. Nice outdoor areas and spa. Could consider covering the deck by the entrance so it can be used even when it rains the whole time.

The sofa beds weren't suitable for adults to sleep on, could do with replacing. Really should vent the dryers or change to the condensing kind, unpleasant damp smell in the garage and laundry due to this. Even with the window open in the laundry it was very wet on the windows, walls and floor from one use. Driveway at top uneven which scraped our vehicle each time.

Fantastic property in a great lakefront location

The location was excellent, right on the lake with views over to Rotorua. The property was lovely, very spacious with lots of room for everyone and very well equipped.

perfect stay in Rotorura. large house and perfect for those that love to cook

perfect location and very well appointed place. we enjoyed the views from the house, the hot tub, the kayaks. when it rained we had a wonderful time inside with the movies. Kerry is a very nice host and showed us around. we enjoyed the place thoroughly and would recommend it for families.

We loved this property and would be keen to stay again in the summer to make use of the lake/kayaks!

Superb lakefront location. Lovely friendly and helpful host. Spacious home with exceptional separation of space for our large-ish group. Amazing DVD collection available for our entertainment. Beautifully warm with gas central heating if required.

Steep driveway, which I was nervous about, but everyone else in our group managed it fine and even our Uber driver used the driveway in the dark and rain, so maybe just me.

Relaxing Stay

Loved the homey feel of the place. Close to the lake and nice gardens. A lot of room for our group and plenty of amenities. Great communication from host and property info book was handy to have. Really enjoyed our stay and will consider again should I come back to Rotorua :)

Brilliant place to stay either short or long term. Turn up with your food and you're good to go!

Great place to stay! Kerry, our host, was very welcoming. He showed us around the property and how everything worked. There was plenty of firewood for the two fires plus central heating so we were absolutely toasty! The spa pool was a bonus out in the garden looking over the lake. Kerry had it all heated up and ready to go. There was everything we needed for our stay. A well appointed new kitchen, all towels and linens and all lovely and clean. Plenty of communal spaces as well as separate areas. Would easily work for up to three families. Was raining for our stay so didn't get to utilise all the options available at the property like the kayaks, bbq etc. Short drive into town, close to gondola and luge (can actually walk there). Highly recommend and would stay again. Thanks Kerry.

Amazing place!!!!

The facilities are so nice and amazing!! It's a good place for a big group to stay. We all enjoyed jacuzzi during evening time. It's wonderful! The owner was so kind and generous, he introduced how to use all the facilities and explained clearly to us. He also had a full house of film and we had a movie night as well.

I would stay again knowing I could relax.

Great location in a safe neighborhood with everything we needed. Close to activities. Genuine friendly owner who showed us around and explained things to us for the house. Happy to impart local knowledge and help in any way possible. What more could you ask for. It was lovely and peaceful. Very clean spa that we enjoyed immensely at night. We would be happy to stay again with family or recommend.

Home is very beautiful catered to our family very comfortably had an awesome Easter hunt for our kids in the gardens kayaks were alot of fun for everyone loved the kitchen so much dvds for adults and children absolutely loved the Willows will definitely be back thanks Kerry

An exceptional propert not to be missed

Large property with plenty of space for a big group. It has private access to the lake , kayaks and most importantly spa pool. kids loved it. Kerry was very nice and made our stay relaxing.

Beyond amazing.

This was soul therapy. Everything about the house was fantastic. The garden was amazing. The view is simply stunning at any time of the day or night. Kerry is very welcoming and easy to communicate with.

There is nothing not to like.

Very relaxing - highly recommended

This house is on the lake front with a beautiful garden surrounding it filled with birdsong & blossoms with a fabulous spa pool & an amazing lake view also seen from kitchen & master. It’s a large comfy house with nice master, comfy bed & walk in robe. Good linen & towels provided, wood for the fire and the owner is super helpful. It’s also dog friendly which is why we picked it & our dog absolutely loved it too - so much so we extended our stay a further 2 nights!

House is tired in places, appliances could do with upgrades such as dishwasher and there is no coffee machine (just a plunger). We are coffee addicts. Its also down a very steep driveway which gets slippery in the rain but all up we had a fabulous stay & would love to come again!

Fantastic hidden GEM!!!

I loved the space! The amount of people it sleeps! The spa overlooking the lake is outstanding’ Kerry is lovely!

The beds are very soft. If you don’t mind a soft bed then this is perfect!
