About this chalet rental

Nestled in Incline Village, this attractive chalet for $168 per night is a great choice for your next trip. 3 Bedroom, 4 Beds. Maximum Occupancy: 4 Persons of Any Age Parking: 1 Space. No Street Parking Allowed. WSTR22-0002 TLT: W4535 This 3 bedroom, one-and-a-half-bath Alpine Chalet-style home is value-priced, making it the perfect getaway for those on a budget. Located in a quiet neighborhood on the mountain with private setting. Walk to Diamond Peak Ski area in the winter. During the summer, hike one of the many trail heads leading up to the Mount Rose vista point or catch the Tahoe Rim Trail above Diamond Peak. This home has a beautiful wraparound deck with a view to the forest! Sand Harbor, Kings Beach, and other State Parks are open and offer rentals for SUP & kayaks. The Incline Village beaches are presently closed to the general public per Incline Village community board. You may read that Incline beaches are open to Recreation Pass Card holders and Punch Card holders - however, these cards are issued to residents and are not available for your stay. Nice and close. Clean chalet. The place is well built and warm during our very cold week. It was a perfect place for our family vacation.

Great location. Hiking trail right out our door. Diamond Peak walkable … would be awesome in winter! Large and roomy two story cabin with two decks. Only 4 miles to Sand Harbor.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We spent 5 nights and days skiing and relaxing. The house has a convenient and private location, and is comfortable and peaceful. The property management is responsive and courteous. You will love this property!

We recently stayed 3 nights for a ski vacation. We have 2 teenage sons, there was plenty of room for all of us. They had board games and movies- although most of the movies were geared towards younger children but we rented a movie from Red Box. The skiing was good and close. The kitchen was clean and well stocked although we couldn't find a bottle opener... Overall, the property is a great stay for the price!
