The independent kitchen, of vitroceramic, is equipped with refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and juicer. -Check-in its done at our office located at Avenida del Mediterraneo 66, local 2, trade name BenidormBooking, right in front of the Casino. -Credit/debit card details, will be required as damage deposit, or 200€ instead. -Check-in from 16:30h (High season from 18:00h) -Check-out before 11:00h It is located 5 m "Levante", 2 km "Cala del Tio Ximo", 15 km golf course "Las Rejas", 20 m supermarket "SuperCor", 55 km airport "El Altet Alicante", 3 km train station "Benidorm", 15 m bus station "Parada Local", 2 km skiing resort "Cable Ski Acuático", 12 km amusement park / theme park "Terra Mitica", 3 km water park "Aqualandia", 15 km "Pantano de La Vila", 20 km "El Algar", 30 km "Puig Campana" and it is located in a a charming zone and next to the sea.

Balcony and size of apartment!
Back bedroom was a little cold and no blankets available. Key collection was a little too far from apartment. Building work going on above was disruptive in mornings.

The location is fantastic for the beach and also the old and new towns. The views during sunrise and sunset are brilliant, The apartment was slightly dated, but clean and the amenities were great. We rented the apartment for 5 as we were on a cycling holiday. The apartment accommodated the cycling bikes too, any more than 6 and it would seem crammed but there was more than enough room. The only issue we experienced was the hot water ran out quickly.

The location was amazing. The property setup was terrific for us. Would definitely recommend.
We didn’t have internet for the first few days but it was sorted. Also pickup and drop off of the keys could be made easier. Possibly just by leaving the keys in the apartment as we left? But would definitely recommend.

The location was perfect for the old and new towns, it was right on the beach. the apartment was very big and had amazing views,we were seven guys and there was loads of space.
we only had two sets of keys,could have done with more.

It was a very large and comfortable apartment. Very clean but a little tired. the only problem was the distance you have to walk to collect and return the keys. As we left at 7.15am it would have made life much easier if we could have left the keys in the apartment.. Also we arrived early on a Sunday morning but there was nowhere we cold leave suitcases until the office opened at 4.00pm

It was a very large and comfortable apartment. Very clean but a little tired. the only problem was the distance you have to walk to collect and return the keys. As we left at 7.15am it would have made life much easier if we could have left the keys in the apartment.. Collection of keys was from an office a long walk from the property. A lot of UK flights arrive early in the morning and arrival into Benidorm is before the 16:30 key collection time requiring transfer vehicle unloading visitors at office (they will not hang around) and the visitors then have a long, long walk with luggage to the apartment. The transfer companies charge an extra Euro 25 to go via collection point and another Euro 25 to drop off keys on return (for a 10 minute detour). I would suggest that the office offer to arrange transport (suitable for the guests and luggage THE GUESTS TO PAY) from the office to the apartment. I have a disability (walking problem) and pulling a heavy suitcase was painful and required alot of rest stops. Lack of Beach Loungers (umbrellas and beds) in the apartment and perhaps a small collapsable beach table - free

we have stayed at this property about 3 times now and love it for size and location
could do with a bit of modernizing and a few things need sorting like crack in glass , kitchen units need sorting , light fitting over the table not properly secured to the ceiling but wouldn’t put us off stopping here again

La ubicación es perfecta, en pleno paseo marítimo de la playa de levante. Y las dimensiones son enormes, un apartamento muy práctico que no le falta de nada.
Lo que menos nos gusto es quizás la antigüedad del mobiliario, necesita ser renovado.

Tanto la ubicación como el tamaño del apartamento
La iluminación muy escasa sobre todo en la zona comedor. En cuanto a la cocina faltaban cosas, para una estancia corta no necesarias pero si es para más largo creo que faltarían.

Nos ha gustado: La amplitud del piso, la limpieza, la relación calidad-precio, la situación en primera línea de playa , las fantásticas vistas y la tranquilidad del lugar. También valoramos muy positivamente la comodidad de tener un baño en cada habitación.
Recomendaríamos que añadieran algunos utensilios de cocina como:alguna tabla para cortar embutidos, cucharas y espátulas de madera y un par de hules o manteles para proteger las mesas. Gracias.

Location is brilliant, the apartment is huge.
Collecting the keys from so far away is horrible as is returning the keys in the morning. The apartment was brilliant but it didn’t have any wow factor. The t.v On the balcony didn’t work, which was a let down as I would of liked to relax there.

Perfect spacious apartment overlooking the beach in an ideal location. Great for a group.
Our only issue with this apartment was having to pick up and drop off the keys a 20 minute walk away.

Tenía muchas ventajas y cosas espectaculares como las dimensiones del piso que era enorme como las vistas q eran espectaculares y todo muy práctico.
En general todo estaba muy bien y muy práctico ninguna queja acerca del alojamiento exceptuando la nevera que en nuestra opinión no era suficientemente grande como para guardar comida para el número de viajeros que admite la casa.
