Lovely hotel with a tree house restaurant and outside pools.
I had a large very comfortable room to relax in after days exploring the town and nearby Cenotes and Chichen Itza.

The grounds were really nice, the rooms were clean and decorated well. The breakfast is a little odd but they did make a fresh pancake for my son who had refused to eat, this was very welcomed.
The staff were unable to check us in, even though we told them when we would be arriving, we had to wait an hour which was frustrating. We had a cockroache in our room, staff struggled to understand us and took quite some time to gain bug spray to rectify.
