The very friendly and helpful staff. The pool was a delight. The breakfasts were amazing! Beds comfortable. Good family room for 2 adults and 2 teenagers.
The toilet broke. But the staff fixed it the minute we told them. So really, we have no complaints at all. Really really lovely.

Great location near the center of Valladolid. The staff is very helpful too. The rooftop terrasse is lovely.
The jacuzzi didn't work and the water was ice cold. Not much shampoo and no conditioner. Bring your own just in case!

Beautiful pool downstairs.
Cute little room.
Staff does not communicate well in English.
The swimming pools on the rooftop aren't really pools... Really small and not as I pictured them.
The breakfast took ages to come even tho they have asked us the day before for what we want and at what time we will come. We came at 7:30am (just as we booked the day before) but we got our drinks at 8 and then our breakfast at 8:15.... And my mum got the wrong order š¤ the breakfast was good tho. Just please organize better, especially if you asked the day before... I expected the plates to be ready when we come then
