First floor rooms (deluxe) are very good, second flooe rooms (standard) are disappointing.

Very friendly staff, good breakfast, clean rooms

Second floor rooms don’t have proper windows, they are very dark. Bathroom does not have any air ventilation at all and is always humid.

Good hotel and location!

The hotel is a cozy place in the heart of Valladolid - near Los Frailes, Parque Francisco Rosado and Convento de San Bernardino de Siena. The room was neat and tidy. Also, they have a parking lot right in front of the hotel.

Apparently, in Mexico, most hotels offer a la carte breakfast instead of a buffet. So you should keep in mind that breakfast ends up demanding more time than usual - for example: we booked a tour at Chichen-Itzá early in the morning so we ordered breakfast but had to cancel (since we had 15 minutes to eat). The day after, all tables were occupied and it took us almost an hour to do breakfast (we had no plans, but just so you know).

Kleines süßes Hotel

Kleines Hotel mit eigenem Restaurant. Das Zimmer war groß und geräumig.

Das Personal war nicht extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war sehr hellhörig. Das Frühstück war sehr kompliziert zum Bestellen, weil die Kellner nicht wussten was inkludiert ist.

Groene oase midden in een drukke vieze stad

Oase van rust in een drukke vieze stad. Hotel zit in het schoonste en leukste gedeelte. Keuken / ontbijt is echt fantastisch, alles met zorg bereid en gepresenteerd! Mooie grote kamer met buitendouche!

Bedden waren heel erg hard, we hebben gevraagd om een extra topper, maar die was er niet. Toen drie spreien op het matras gelegd, maar dat hielp ook niet.

Heerlijk ontbijt & zwembad op een goede locatie

Het ontbijt dat was inbegrepen was heerlijk! Ze maakten een ontbijtpakketje klaar de dag dat we vroeg weg gingen. Goede parkeervoorziening en vriendelijk personeel. Heerlijk zwembad om af te koelen/ te zonnen. Hotel ligt op een super locatie. Valladolid is zo’n leuke plek om te bezoeken!

Kamers zijn iets gehoriger, indien je er last van hebt bieden ze oordopjes aan.

Peaceful and stylish stay in Valladolid

Everything, it’s so stylish, the food is great- generous portions. Lovely staff. The location is excellent, close to the ADO, short walk to the main square and the street with the best shops and restaurants. Huge room, loved the shower that opened up to the outside courtroom. Accessible too!

Simplemente perfecto!

Todo estuvo perfecto! El personal super amable, el lugar precioso, es como un jardín secreto. La habitación impecable. Estábamos de luna de miel y nos dejaron un ramo de flores en un florero con una nota muy linda. Nuestra reservación incluía el desayuno, es un desayuno muy completo y rico. La ubicación es muy céntrica, a unas cuadras del centro histórico, caminata muy tranquila. Tiene acceso por convenio con un estacionamiento que está enfrente, sin costo extra. Lo recomendamos muchísimo, definitivamente regresaríamos!!!

Super schönes Hotel und gute Preis-Leistung

Die Lage, die schönen Hotelzimmer mit einer Art „Innenhof“ und tollem Badezimmer, das leckere und vielseitige Frühstücksangebot.

Da das Restaurant bis ca. 23 Uhr geöffnet hat ist es abends etwas lauter.

Trop cher pour ce que c’est

- emplacement central - eau en bouteille à volonté - grand choix de petit-déjeuner

Sans rire, la pire expérience Booking de ma vie. Je ne comprends absolument pas la note de l’hôtel - J’ai passé la pire nuit de ma vie dans cet hôtel. Écoutez-moi bien : la chambre n’a pas de fenêtre. Elle n’a que des volets. AUCUNE!! isolation phonique avec l’extérieur. On entend les voisins comme si on était avec eux. Un voisin de chambre a mis sa TV hyper forte jusqu’à 3h30 du matin, heure à laquelle j’ai décidé d’aller tambouriner à sa porte de chambre et lui dire d’éteindre sa TV. - Une réception 24/24, ah bon? Visiblement que sur le papier et pour faire plaisir à Booking car Il n’y avait personne au bout du fil ni à la réception à 3h30 du matin. (Si l’hôtel en doute, vérifiez les appels manqués) - Ça pue les égouts et le moisi dans la SDB. Rien n’arrive à sécher correctement dans la chambre, pas même un maillot de bain. - Il y a 2 transats pour une dizaine de chambre … les transats sont là juste pour la jolie photo Booking - La piscine est petite - On s’attendait à mieux en lisant les avis concernant le petit-déjeuner en terme de goût et le service est très lent + pas de vrai sucre, seulement de la stevia ou de l’edulcorant - Le personnel de l’accueil est aussi lent. Après plus de 15 minutes d’attente pour m’apporter un thé alors que je devais prendre le bus pour Chichen Itza, je suis partie (ils étaient au courant que nous étions pressés puisque nous leur avions demandé une box pour le petit-déjeuner la veille) - Nous avons eu très froid la nuit … il n’y a pas de fenêtre et il n’y a pas de couette (juste un drap). - Il y a peu de crochets pour accrocher / faire sécher ses affaires

Leuk kleinschalig hotel

Heel vriendelijk personeel, ruime kamer en badkamer. Goed restaurant, zowel voor het ontbijt als andere maaltijden. Prima locatie ten opzichte van de meeste bezienswaardigheden.

Het zwembad is heel klein en heeft maar twee ligbedden, dus als die bezet zijn kan je alleen in het restaurant zitten.

Mooi hotel met zeer goed restaurant

Mooi hotel, met een klein aantal kamers en een zeer goed restaurant. Personeel is ook vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Het hotel is niet adult only en er tijdens ons verblijf waren er veel jonge kinderen die nogal aan het janken en schreeuwen waren. Hierdoor slaap je slecht. Als dit hotel adult only wordt, zal het zeker een 9 a 10 scoren.

Hotel acogedor y muy bien situado

Alojamiento situado en el centro de la ciudad a pocos metros de la calzada de los frailes. Muy acogedor y bien decorado. El desayuno es muy bueno y la atención del personal también.

En general todo estaba bien. Mejoraría la iluminación de la habitación ya que las bombillas blancas enfrían mucho el ambiente pero por lo demás nos gustó mucho.

Wunderschöne Anlage in optimaler Lage

Die Hotelanlage war wirklich sehr schön mit Liebe zum Detail angelegt. Der Garten um das Restaurant war sehr schön grün mit vielen Pflanzen. Zimmer waren top! Auch das Personal war immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls ausgezeichnet. Es gab jeden Morgen Kaffee und Orangensaft sowie Früchte und Brot. Zusätzlich konnte man sich aus der wirklich sehr großen Frühstückskarte ein Gericht nach Wahl aussuchen. War immer sehr lecker. In 5 Minuten war man zu Fuß im Zentrum! Lage top!

Es wäre schön gewesen, wenn auf der Terasse noch ein Tisch mit zwei Stühlen vorhanden gewesen wäre. So hätte man die Terasse besser nutzen können.

Sin duda volveré

La ubicación del hotel es muy buena, eata cerca a unos 10 min caminando a los lugares de interés como la plaza principal y el Convento de San Bernardino, el hotel tiene estacionamiento, el desayuno es espectacular con varias opciones de eleccion, el staff super amable y siempre dispuestos a ayudar, me dejaron un lindo detalle por mi aniversario, sin duda volveria a hospedarme aca.

Nothing special unfortunately

The location was really good.

The rooms were nice but all very close to the common area where there is a restaurant, so it can be noisy. Actually there is no place to stay outside your room beside the restaurant in the common area, so it’s a shame. There is a lot of choices for breakfast, but food brought in your plate is very basic. We believe this hotel lacks some authenticity and was not worth the price.

Petit oasis confortable

Un très bel hôtel ! Chambre et salles de bain spacieuses et confortables. Fraîcheur (climatisé). Petit déjeuner excellent ! Personnel disponible et agréable Parking privé juste en face pour y laisser la voiture, place principale à proximité, tout peut se faire à pieds.

Humidité dès que l’on sort de la chambre, moiteur mais c’est aussi lié à l’emplacement

A real gem and great value boutique hotel with courtyard oasis.

Very pretty, compact boutique hotel with a lovely courtyard that is a real oasis, not far from the center. Staff are great, breakfast is great (many options, yummy and generous), parking is private and secure just across the street. Rooms are well conceived and comfy. Pool is no more than a dipping pool but nice to have on a hot day. Rooms face the courtyard where dining and drinks etc happen so one can hear a bit of noise from there but not late at night - all in all a real gem and great value!

Tolle Oase inmitten Valladolids

Einfach alles war wunderbar! Das beste Essen, das wir auf unserer gesamten Reise gegessen haben. Super freundliches Personal. Sehr sauber Wunderschöne gemütliche Zimmer Toll und mit viel Liebe eingerichtet Sobald man die Tür durchgeht ist man einfach in einer wunderschönen Oase mitten in Valladolid. Tolle Mischung aus modern und Boho und wohl eines der schönsten Hotels in denen wir je waren. Danke für diesen tollen Aufenthalt!

Wenn man unbedingt etwas angeben muss, dann nur dass es etwas hellhörig war. Allerdings war das in ganz Mexiko der Fall :) Es gibt also einfach nichts auszusetzen! Wir kommen immer gern wieder!

Good place to stay in Valladolid if you love a good breakfast.

Lovely courtyard, very nice staff. Breakfast is phenomenal and so is the food and drinks. The staff is super nice. The hotel is only two blocks from Calle 41a with a lot of good dining/shopping opportunities and a short walk from the city center. Parking is in very convenient walking distance cross the street.

The rooms upstairs do have very small windows/skylight, so the room is dark and lacks natural light. Furthermore, the rooms are a bit outdated and need more maintenance (in particular the bathroom). And somewhere is a rooster that will try its very best to wake you up in the morning. However, overall the place is pretty decent.

The location, the staff, the food. Particularly the staff was very welcome and supportive with every need. The room is not the usual hotel room and has many amenities. Definitely will come back.

Staff at the hotel were wonderful and went above and beyond for us! Helped us book a trip to Chichen Itza and after we managed to leave some belonging behind they shipped them back to the UK for us. Exceptional service!

Perfect place to stay, an oasis

Everything! The whole place was beautiful as soon as you stepped into the front door, like an oasis. The rooms were spacious and clean and even included bathrobes to wear. The choice for breakfast was outstanding and the food was delicious. We loved our stay here
