Excellent location, right in the centre of town with direct access to the main square. Having private parking was very convenient, and although it could get a bit tight when the hotel was busy, the helpful staff did a great job of organising the parking efficiently. The room had a nice location next to the pool, and the bathroom and shower were amazing. The in-house restaurant was also really good. The AC worked very well, which was much appreciated given the very high temperatures.
The layout of our room was a little unusual, with its own staircase leading up to it. This added some character, but it was not particularly convenient when carrying luggage. The parking area can also feel quite tight when there are many guests, although the staff handled this very well.

We were put in a damp poky room to start but they moved us when we went to complain so fair play. Breakfast was in a beautiful atrium outside room and the pool was great. so mixed thoughts. couldn't get a better location in Valladolid. It is a beautiful old building with a more modern rear rooms.
The first room they tried to palm us off in No11- I think?
