Friendly, comfortable hotel in the middle of Valladolid - very close to the centre of town. The lady at the front desk was very welcoming and helped us book a private car to Chichen Itza which was really helpful as we were on a tight timeline. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the pool was great to relax in at the end of the day.
The AC didn't seem quite as effective as in other places, we couldn't get the room to cool down that much, but it wasn't a major issue.

The location was very well situated.
The a/c unit spat out ice in the middle of the night onto the beds. We left too early to talk to the concierge.
