Very friendly staff, lovely breakfast
A lot of bureaucracy, lots of paperwork.
A big puddle outside the door that made it hard to enter the hotel. We were there in rainy season

The property has a nice atmosphere and hacienda style.
The rooms were outdated and not very spacious (e.g. beds made sounds when turning around plus the bathroom could be upgraded).

Good location
Some aspects of the service could be improved, particularly in how guests are greeted and attended to. When I arrived, two staff members were speaking with each other while I waited to be acknowledged, which created an unwelcoming first impression.
While it may be that some team members are still in training, the prices charged suggest a level of service that should feel consistently friendly, attentive, and professional. At the moment, the service experience does not fully match the price point. Improving guest interaction and attentiveness would make a significant difference.
