Beautiful 2BR/2BA Ground Floor Unit On The Golf Course, Sleeps 4-6. Ground floor unit facing the first tee of the 27 hole Brunswick Plantation Golf Resort. Bright and airy living space with plenty of sunshine through the sliding glass doors in the updated living room and large dining room windows with a 55" HDTV. The main bedroom features a king size bed, HDTV and bath. The second bedroom features 2 full size beds, HDTV, a kitchenette and a private bath with a tub. Fully equipped kitchen includes a breakfast bar, coffee maker, dishwasher and ice maker. Washer and dryer are included for your convenience. Linens and towels are provided. Roku steaming is included on all TV's.
The outdoor pool, hot tub, and fitness room are just across the street. Restaurant/bar and pro-shop are steps away from the unit.
Condo is conveniently located just minutes away from Sunset Beach, Ocean Isle Beach, and downtown Calabash. You will also be less than 30 minute to the heart of activities in Myrtle Beach including Barefoot Landing, Broadway at the Beach, and Tanger Outlet Mall.

-first time user (app took some getting used to)- property was clean, as advertised, good value for dollar- if your golfing this is the place to me- unit was comfortable even in the heat- plenty of space to enjoy family time or alone time in same unit.- directions inside unit were clear concise and easy to understand

The apartment is very nice, in a big neighborhood, it has modern furniture and located on the first floor, the outside seating area was nice and also the games for the kids.
The owner was responsive and helped right away when we came in and the sink was clogged from the cleaners.
The cons: the description says “minutes from the beach” that is highly inaccurate, the closest beach is 20+ min away. I thought it was close like 5-10 min so that was very misleading.
Also I asked if there were beach umbrellas for us to use since my parents are elderly and don’t like Sun, he said yes he has 2. They were both broken and useless to us at the beach.
And on the day we checked out there was a cockroach on the headboard of the bedroom, I wish there was a place to upload a picture. I can’t imagine if that would have happened in the middle of the night.
I don’t think I would book this property again. But if you play golf or want to go to the pool this place is great!
