Excellent location and very easy to get a bus into the city after a short walk to the main road ( Carlos III square). Nice clean rooms, comfortable beds, and off street secure parking. Staff friendly and very helpful. They very kindly switched a room for my kids due to a mix up with the booking.

Great place for a short stay. My cousin lives 2 minutes from the hotel.
Clean and well presented room. Staff friendly and helpful.
Street access to the hotel via the garage to get to the lift. Gets a bit cramped for access with cars in the garage. You can get to reception via the stairs and the lift from that level to upper floors.
No breakfast available during my stay.

No amenities whatsoever. No water, coffee, tea or means to make them in the room. 15 minute walk from any eatery or store.
