Staff were welcoming and very helpful when we had a couple of problems with the TV and parking. The room was well decorated and comfortable and the superkingsize bed was a bonus. The pool facilities were great and not overcrowded but the water in the pool could do with going up a few degrees! The breakfast was ok but I think sausages need changing and bacon needs less cooking.
The parking facilities at the hotel are very limited and we found it difficult to find a space but were told that there might be a space around the back of the hotel which there was, but the front area was not arranged well. We needed a space in easy reach of our room as we have a disabled badge and the staff were very helpful with this. The noise outside our room was quite loud at times with people going to there room late at night so perhaps look at more soundproofing of doors?
