Worked perfectly for the Lytham Music Festival. Friendly staff, nice room (with sea view).
A shame that breakfast is served in the basement.

Perfect location for Lytham Festival and friendly staff.
The ban on using the lift between midnight and 8am was strange - and probably goes against accessibility regulations for anyone unable to use the stairs. Asking guests to not all come down for breakfast at once is also a strange request, given that check-out time is set at a ridiculously early time of 10am (with the option of a later check-out time for an inexplicably high £20 surcharge).
