Lovley break away

overall good few niggles but you cant please all the people all of the time. but could do better

the stay was very good however the room guide stated to book room service or book the gym or pool use the internal phone system but there was none. Around 21.15 my wife decided not to go out for dinner so i used my mobile to contact reception to order room service but was told this would not be available. I did call a local takeaway though. Also the bar was not attended well at times as the barmen was covering 2 bar one in the hotel and one in the grounds difficult for him frustrating for the guests. Not a very good menu in the bistro we would have exspected better froma three star hotel.

Enjoyed my time in st Anne’s but sadly wouldn’t look to stay here again.

Perfect location close to the beach and shops of st Anne’s. The room was clean, nice powerful shower! Breakfast was okay. They do have parking available, if you’re lucky enough to find a space (we weren’t unfortunately, but you can usually find free parking if you don’t mind a short walk).

Checking in we were told where to find our room but nothing about breakfast, I had to ask. The room was pretty small with an office style ceiling tile. Very dated feel, boutique room but it didn’t feel like a room upgrade. For me, it just wasn’t worth the money I paid for it. Frustratingly didn’t sleep all that well on the bed, just didn’t find that or the pillows comfortable.

Booking.com should have provided a full refund - they did not and I feel completely ripped off by booking.com

I have lodged a complaint to booking.com as the water pressure was so bad - I couldn’t take a shower when I woke up

Location and staff excellent. Very pleasant bar area. Happy to find that room was serviced daily.

Quality of hot breakfast items. Bed uncomfortable. Dinner menu limited options. Would not normally stay in hotel which caters for coach parties and large group of dancers.

Very good

A very comfy hotel,clean and warm,lovely staff.Fabulous meal in restaurant Saturday night.Great breakfast.Warm large room.Will be back definitely. Had a great vibe.

Alround happy and will revist in the future

Nice breakfast with plenty of options, attentive serving staff. Bar and restaurant enjoyable.

Changing rooms a little dated and the sharing of the pool with lessons made it a little cramped but not something to complain about.

No staff on site for pool, towels from reception so never used. Very creaky floors and sloping bathroom floor? Huge key fob for hotel door.

Poor service

The room with balcony...Also the swimming pool.

The lack of service from the restaurant staff..we waited ages to order our meal. Menu absent from the table.. I ordered a steak to be cooked medium to well done.. it arrived rare.. I sent it back & waited over half an hour for a new meal.. by the time it arrived my husband had finished his meal.. we were very disappointed.

Very enjoyable stay.

Room was small but very clean and tidy, good decoration. Breakfast was fine, nice to be given a hot plate on which the breakfast was served. Location very good with a good network of buses available.

Could have had warmer welcome .I felt like a burdon

Perfect location value for money excellent breakfast beautiful clean room...

One of my guests couldn't attend due to covid and the staff were not very helpful in refunding me ..not helping me with parking as the car park was full ..not very friendly at all ..this would be a perfect hotel if it had nicer happier staff ..I was struggling with 2 small children and the staff didn't make things very easy for me regarding the parking ..pool times and meal times .

One night stay.

Initially the hotel is welcoming. Staff friendly and helpful.

On leaving the foyer, as I progressed to the room the hotel decor deteriorates. My room was old, tired furniture and the carpet was stained. It was also very hot and I was unable to reduce the radiator temperature. The shower was poor, dirty grout and mouldy.

Very good

Dog friendly ,as our daughter came with her dog. Near beach which was good. Entertainment average. The rooms could do with upgrading to attract younger people with families. But all in all we enjoyed the break
