Located in Sunriver, this attractive house for $522 per night is a great option for your next break. Trapper 11 RPP (SHARC) Passes: No Air Conditioning: Yes Pets: No Bikes: Yes Hot Tub: Yes Description: This beautiful A-frame cabin style home sits on a spacious lot on Sunriver's south end near the main entrance and The Village at Sunriver. The garage has a game room with a pool table and poker table. On the main level, there is an open concept Kitchen and Dining room. There is both a Living room and separate Family room with a flat-screen TV in the Living room and TV in the Family room. Both rooms have DVD players. Level 1: The primary bedroom has a King. The second bedroom downstairs houses a Queen. Level 2: The final bedroom upstairs has a Queen size bed. In the Loft, there are three Twin sized beds. Recreation Access: This home does not include Recreation Plus Passes. Guests can access the SHARC pool, Tennis Courts, Pickleball, Disc Golf and the Winter Sledding Hill at their own cost, pay at the gate. See the SHARC website for full details and pricing. Our second trip to this property was just as good as the first. Teenage grandson’s enjoyed the pool table and having their own space. I love the location for riding our bikes and going to the mall.

Nice easy flat bike ride to the mall (had bikes🌞). Kids played pool constantly ( need chalk). House was set up well, but could use a little TLC…sink did not drain in hall bathroom. I would rent again as the positives outweighed the negatives.

Great Place for a Ski Trip
Had a blast staying here. It was the perfect place for a ski trip with friends.

No big deal we went and bought one. The beds and pillows were not comfortable. And finally the hot tub cover is so damaged that it absorbs so much water that you need two adults to open it. Outside of that it’s a decent house that is very quaint.

Immaculate Property
Trapper 11 was an adorable A-frame in Sunriver. Immaculately clean and had all of the kitchen utensils and equipment we need it for a large Father’s Day dinner. Property management company was awesome and very responsive!

A couple of my friends and I stayed at this property to celebrate their birthdays and it was the perfect place for it. Very close to the Sunriver shops and we loved the loft that was on the 2nd floor. Although we could never figure out how to use the speaker system. If there were directions provided within the home to work the system, I'm sure your future residents would greatly appreciate it .

Desperately needs updated modem, etc. Other negative was the size and comfort of the three twin beds. They really need to be upgraded. They were small and hard even with the requested covers. Our young adults didn't sleep well. They would be fine for a toddler, but no one older. Therefore, this home should be advertised for sleeping 6 adults only.

Sunriver trip - April 2021
We really enjoyed our stay. Very nice to have bikes available for use. The pool table and hot tub were also great to have. We would definitely book this same place again for our family of 4. Plenty of space and all the amenities we needed. Thanks.

We had a blast, it was fun to stay in an A-frame style home during a snowstorm! The only possible improvement I can think of are the beds (not very comfy). Really a great spot!

This was a fun little property. We had never stayed in an A frame. We loved that there were toys for the kiddos and step stools in the bathrooms! Conveniently located next to a walk path. Quiet loop. Great place!

Blissful Cabin
Wonderful getaway in Sunriver. Close to so much amazing hiking and river sports. The cabin was wonderful with a well stocked kitchen. My youngest kids especially liked the secret loft above the main loft.

We had a great 4 night stay and we loved this house. Location was perfect and it had a lot of room. The only thing that would of been nice would be to have more kitchen storage. Other than that the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The property manager sent nice informative texts to us when we arrived and the day before departed. A lot better than getting an email or phone call. We would stay in this house again.

Nice property
it was a great house. Some dust here and there but overall it was clean. Very close to bike trail and the village. The kids enjoyed biking around. The house comes with all the essentials for a family like us that enjoys cooking. The loft is very hot in the summer so we needed to keep the air conditioner a little longer during the night. Having a washing machine and a dryer are perfect for this dusty area.

The air conditioning didn't cool the upstairs where there were 3 twin beds and 1 queen, it was 91 degrees during our stay in July, the upstairs was unusable. Sheets were dirty, my daughter found a old band aid in her bed. Beds were old, not in good condition. Kitchen floors were very dirty. Kitchen pots and pans were in bad condition. Outdoor area was unkempt, with no lounge chairs. Our stay was not comfortable.

this is a funky house that was just perfect for a family with adults and teens. I loved the two family rooms with TVs. There was lots of space and it was comfortable. It was hot the week we were there and the upstairs bedrooms were VERY hot but they had fans. I would say the only downfall was the kitchen was small and not a ton of space for groceries. Very limited cabinets. We had a problem with the cable and the maintenance man was there in minutes. Great customer service.

A return visit for us to this home. It's a great home for a couple of families with kids because they enjoy the loft and the room with 3 beds. A lot has been packed into this house, so don't let the A frame fool you. New granite counters were nice. Hot tub and 2 decks made it easy to relax. Loved the large table for eating, doing puzzles, and playing games. The bikes were much appreciated. We had a great time. Thank you.
