Description: This is an upscale 2,605 sq ft, 2-level, home with a Ping Pong table and a Foosball table in the garage. Hot Tub. Gas BBQ. and a spot for 1 car in the garage with more in the driveway. Kick your feet up and enjoy your summer inside, with the multitude of windows surrounding the open concept Livingroom, Kitchen, and Dining Room. Giving you an airy, home away from home feel. Level 1: The main level of the home has a siting, room, living room and Kitchen plus a 3/4 bath with shower and two bedrooms. Kitchen: The kitchen overlooks the living area. It features beautiful knotty pine cabinets and stone countertops with stainless steel appliances including a glass top stove. Dining: Just off the kitchen is the dining area with a table that seats 6. Four more can sit at the kitchen bar. A door leads off the dining area to the deck and the gas BBQ for easy grill access. This was a well-kept (beautiful!) home and the house was able to accommodate our 3-generation family with ease. Bikes and ping-pong were an especially great opportunity for shared activities and fun, as well as time spent shopping and at the water park. Would highly recommend this home for a family gathering.

This house was by far the best home we have stayed in at Sun River. We have been there around 13 times...stopped counting, and truly loved this home. I would say comfortable is the best way to describe this home. Never slept so good on vacation!!

There were 3 families that shares this location with 5 boys, (4 little and 1 teen) the configuration of rooms worked really well with our needs. Nice relaxing location with activities near by. I would stay here again.

The home was everything we needed it to be. It fit our needs very well. The Jacuzzi stopped working, we called the number provided and they were out very quickly. Although it did stop working again the last night. The crew is very responsive on any needs and I would stay here again without hesitation.

Our stay was wonderful! The house was very clean, and the kitchen surprisingly well stocked. When I had a question, it was very easy to reach the property management and get resolution. I would love to stay here again when the wildfire smoke is no longer present and activities are more accessible.

Top rental for family with 3 teenagers.
In all my years of renting at Sunriver this home is in my top 3. Having 3 teenagers space is gold and this home is setup very well to allow everyone to not only have their own space but also works well for everyone to gather around the fire and watch a movie. This home also allowed me to continue to "work from home" with its 5th bedroom which was critical during this trip.
Some suggestions for improvement:
- place "room darkening" blinds on east side of home to help with sunrise light for folks who want to sleep in.
- upgrade the modem so guests can experience stronger wi-fi thoughout the home.
- advise Cascara Rental to update their key "check in/check out" to a more progressive electronic system as handling physical keys is cumbersome and lends to losing or misplacing them.
Again - phenomenal home and use of space....I will definitely rent again!

Beautiful cozy house
We had a wonderful time at this house. We loved all the wood details. Comfortable beds/furniture and a well stocked kitchen with plenty of storage. We also enjoyed many card games around the Xtra large table. The only bummer was that the hot tub somehow tripped off during one of the nights and never made it back up to temp for our last day there. Otherwise we had a great time and made lots of memories in the snow.

This house is in a good location. Very close to the Sharc with 10 passes that work for tennis courts and just 2 miles from the village! It was also close to the golf course on the north end! The home accommodated our group of 10! The living areas were spacious and comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to prepare 3 meals a day for the week. We had a few issues but that was quickly resolved by the management company! They were very easy to work with! There was plenty of parking for our extra cars! Big pluses for our grandkids was the hot tub, ping pong table and boom box in the garage! They played every evening! They even organized a family tournament! We will rent again!

Love Sunriver
This home is spacious and the family really enjoyed our time together in this home. The hot tub was clean and ready to use. The deck area was fantastic for family dinners. It could use a deep clean, relating to carpet, floors and the dining table has a sticky residue we could not get off (napkins stuck to the table). There are some general maintenance things needed also (blind cords broken, new knives, updated bedding. The main floor toilet had problems all week. The management sent maintenance to help but it never was fully operational. Overall it was a great place for our family to enjoy each others company.

Beautiful home. Wonderful to smell the fresh pine of Central Oregon rather than the stale air within my four walls. Bikes were helpful, thanks for having them available. Loved the accessibility /ease of use of the hot tub.
Check in took a bit longer due to COVID precautions. Glad cleaning crew was followed up by their inspector who found some items that needed tending to. Concerning though that dishwasher was not run- detail missed by two crews.

The house was great; roomy, clean and comfortable. The only draw back was the heat didn't seem to be consistent in the bedrooms. The upstairs stayed toasty but the two downstairs bedrooms and master bath stayed pretty chilly. We were fine with it, but with small children bathing it might have been to chilly. Overall we had a wonderful time, the house was well stocked, loved the gas fire for the cozy holiday feeling and plenty of seating for games, eating and family movie time. Property management was awesome!. Thank you.

The compensation they gave wasn't worth not having it for the week. The overhead fan didn't work (no A/C), but they were quick to fix it. Otherwise clean and functional.
