Complete with a private hot tub and sauna, this spacious five-bedroom house also includes 10 SHARC passes for group access to lots of fabulous on-site amenities that include indoor and outdoor pools, a hot tub, a lazy river, a water park, tennis, pickleball, and basketball courts. Recent additions include new carpet, paint, lighting, and amenities. Challenge family and friends to a few rounds of Ping-Pong and Foosball in the garage game room. There are adult and kid-size bikes available, and you'll love cruising along miles of pathways and trails. Afterward, relax with a soothing dip in the private hot tub. Make the most of those hot summer days with the backyard gas grill and large outdoor dining table. The main floor has been designed to accommodate large groups, and you'll love hanging out in the large kitchen, dining room, and two living areas. The high vaulted ceilings in both living rooms allow for plenty of natural light, and the two river rock hearth fireplaces provide a cozy and rustic ambiance. Snuggle up on the sofa for a game night or watch Blu-ray movies and shows on the flatscreen TV. The group chef will have a great time preparing meals in the fully equipped kitchen featuring a gas stove and dishwasher. The home has two main bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, one upstairs with a king bed, a walk-in closet, and a desk, and the second downstairs with a king bed. There are two additional bedrooms downstairs, with a shared bathroom between them. One has a queen bed and the other includes a set of bunk beds and an additional pull-out bed. The fifth bedroom is upstairs and includes another set of bunk beds along with a pull-out bed. The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Overall our stay at 22 Aspen was great! The house was very spacious and quiet. When being in one area of the house, you couldn’t hear what was going on in other areas. Everyone enjoyed their own spaces, but also coming together when they wanted. We specifically chose this home for the size and SHARC passes. Would definitely stay here again.

We are a family of 12 and found this house big enough to meet our needs (6 adults and 6 children) without feeling cramped! So nice to have the SHARC passes and we had no trouble getting into the water park each day. There are only 2 adult bikes and with 4 teenagers, it would have been nice to have had a couple more. One bike had a flat tire but easily fixed with a repair kit. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils, dishes, and pots and pans. We had trouble with the AC - maintenance came out twice to address the issue and we appreciated their response. It was a good vacation!

House was pretty good, the master rooms were great and spacious. Something I really didn’t like was that pictures shows 4 adult bikes 2 kids, well what I saw was 2 bikes for adults, and they weren’t in the best shape, and I was looking for a house with bikes, also the washer and dryer id saw were a bit outdated, dryer took quite some time to damp dry.

Aspen 22 is a lovely home and was very well supplied with everything we needed. I would definitely choose it for a future visit to Sunriver!

We had such a blast in the Aspen Lane home!!! It was incredible and such a blast. The hot tub was awesome, as well as the sauna! Kitchen was well stocked with spices and pots and pans. The bbq was lovely and doesn’t require a propane tank! Beds were comfy and bathroom tubs were lovely. Will definitely have to stay here again!

Rating Details:The property manager was very helpful.The vacation rental was spotless.I was very happy with the location.I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.Reviewer Comments:Our family gathered from Oregon, Virginia, and California for a Christmas and 50th wedding anniversary. The location and house was perfect for us. The house had a terrific circular family room/tv room layout. The only downfall was a squeaky oven (which became a joke every time we opened it) and one room with less heat (which made for a lot of snuggling at night). These were minor compared to all the wonderful times we had at this house.

Overall the property was great for the 3 families and 12 total people sleeping there. House was clean and check in was easy. The only downside was just some minor things, like the blinds in one of the rooms wasn’t functional and linens were a little light for the 12 of us. Other than that the house was great.

Great place for our group
We had family plus strays, in search of cross country and snow boarding experiences post Christmas. The huge house gave everyone enough space and comfortable beds, but there were also fun gathering spots for watching football and doing one of the many puzzles available (note: the 1000 piece Kentucky Derby puzzle is missing 3 pieces, but we did it in two days!). Would love to do the same next year; thanks to the owners for sharing.

House was great for ayes 18 mo - 70 yrs. Loved the great room. The large dining table was perfect for eating and projects. We enjoyed using the SHARC passes. Thank you to the owners for sharing with us.

This house is very cozy even with its wonderful open area plan. The kitchen was large and completely stocked with cooking pots, pans, etc. Quiet but close to biking/hiking paths. A wonderful stay.

Loved the lay out of the Bed rooms very family friendly. Well thought out supplies provided for entertainment, bikes were very nice for our daily adventures into the Sunriver area, laundry opportunity , preparing meals. Clean and relaxing atmosphere .

Wonderful home for two families
We had a great time at this house. The Sunriver complex is just great with the layout, the bike paths, the village and the SHARC, and there are super attractions nearby that we visited, like the lava beds and the high desert museum.
There were a couple problems we noticed on Day 2, and it was easy to get in touch with the property mgmt and they came to fix the cable box within a couple hours. Not all problems could be fixed during that visit, and they said they would return the next day with a fixed DVD player and replacement foosball players since there were about 5-6 missing, but then we never heard from them again. So, initial response was great but there was lack of follow through.
Overall a great house and a fine stay.
