Get accommodation in Skiathos town, bus ticket is 2€ / trip and you can visit this part of the island anytime. We paid 400€ for 6 nights, 20-26 June, got room 305.

Warm greeting, extremely clean and spacious apartment, wonderful surrounding and very close to the beach. What else can I say except Thank you Giannis, Doina and Evgenie for making our stay even more exeptional! We will definitely be back again and again!

No food The location was beautiful the only problem being we’re over 65 year olds and there was a long 3:1 hill to climb up to the accommodation.

Great location! Just by the lake and the forest, nearby 4 beaches. Friendly staff. Mr. Tasos was always helpful and caring, he recommended great paths for walking.

Needed to wait quite long for the hot water. We visited at the end of September and they started innovation of the plumbing.

Walk up driveway quite steep

- Amazing position, really good view with a nice mixture of both vegetation and sea. - Clean rooms, basic yet solid amenities, more than enough for your needs as long as your self-catering expectations are not that high. - VERY friendly staff, relatively quiet area. There's a restaurant at the bottom of the hill on which Aelia is situated. During the evenings, you can hear music coming from there, and that, to me at least, adds to the charm of the location. - Very close to the beach.

- The WiFi can be pretty bad, though I was told the owner is trying to rectify the situation. - It is important to note that the shower is cabin-sized without actually being a cabin. There's only a curtain that's a bit longer in length than the shower's floor, and sometimes it can be a bit tricky to place it in a way so that it does not cover the drain while showering. I strongly recommend that the owner invests in actual cabins, as they look much better and would greatly minimize water spillage. Additionally, while it did not bother me (I actually preferred it that way), the shower's head is mobile, as in you have to hold it with your hand, and not fixed in the wall. While I personally prefer it that way, I can see how others would not. Make of that what you will. - The beds and the pillows can be hit-or-miss in terms of comfort, though you get used to it. - The reception is not open all day long, so you can't leave your key there when going out. Therefore, if traveling solo, you either have to risk it and take the key with you wherever you may go, or leave your door unlocked with the key inside.

It felt like home! Very nice room, equipted with all you need during a holiday...sheets/towels were changed regularly...great view from the terase vith afternoon shadow (we enjoyed every day, having something to eat before beach). Aelia team is great, Tasos recomended all the good staff to us (thank you)!

The property is on the hill, so you should be prepared for daily training :). To be clear- I was 7-8m pregnant and my husband pushed stroller (with beach towels and 3year old kid in it) daily...several times per day... (he is more handsome now :) )

Perfect view

We traveled as a family of three, two adults and a toddler and it worked out perfectly. There was a cot in our room, and we had enough space for our luggage and belongings in the room. The kitchen is small, but can take cooking basic meals. The best part is having breakfast on the balcony with a view of the sea not too far away. The staff is very friendly, and the hotel is well maintained with beautiful flowers all around. On the premises there was parking, as well as a decent play area for kids which we used frequently. Koukounaries beach is also just 5 mins away, and at the bottom of the hill, 1 min away, there is a supermarket for emergency shopping. Would stay again, and would recommend to others.

This is probably the best accommodation in Skiathos. The famed Koukounaries beach is just a step away. The nudist Little Banana beach is also nearby. There is a supermarket few meters down the road. The rooms are comfortable and there is a small kitchen. We asked for the best views and we were wowed! Amazing!

The host was simply above and beyond good...very sincere and generous. we had a boat leaving Skiathos at 8pm...the host said the cleaner wasn't coming to the next morning and suggested we take a shower in the room after our last day on the beach...completely unexpected and meant leaving on a real high

We stayed for 6 nights and had a really good time :) the stuff is so friendly and welcoming. It was super clean and the beds were comfortable. We can absolutely recommend this place!
