Very clean and comfortable room. Effi was lovely, helpful and friendly
There was everything I needed but it just lacked a little atmosphere around the pool and bar areas so I didn’t feel inspired to use them

I proprietari sono molto disponibili e accoglienti, la pulizia giornaliera, la posizione perfetta in quanto in 20 minuti si raggiungono tutte le spiagge, ci sono molte taverne intorno alla struttura (consiglio il symposio), la piscina è un servizio comodo.
Il servizio ristorazione del bar è molto ristretto per le fasce orarie e la disponibilità dei piatti giornalieri. L'utensileria da cucina era minima e non esattamente nuova ma comunque molto pulita al nostro arrivo. Il condizionatore nella camera funzionava a fatica e spesso era rumoroso.

A very welcoming place run by Efi and her family, who are always on hand to cater to every need. The location is ideal for exploring the island, just 15 minutes from Skiathos town and in a quiet area. The breakfast menu at their snack bar is good (also the evening cocktails for us) ; a special mention goes to their pita gyros– unbeatable price and absolutely delicious!
Your everyday hard work is clearly evident. Thank you! If we will ever return to Skiathos, we’ll remember you.
The bathroom could need some renovation, the shower with a curtain isn’t very comfortable, but it didn’t affect our stay. I imagine it will be on their list of refurbishment projects in the future.

Everybody we dealt with at the Dream House was lovely and very helpful. It was exceptionally clean and in a great location.
