The location - close to the beach, magazines and bus station. The garden and the view towards the sea.
I could hear the doors slamming and the ones from the balcony were squeaking.

The lication, the staff. It is cinveniently close to Skiathos, you can get there and many other beaches by bus and by water taxi to Skiathos. I was with my kids (teenagers) and we liked it.
The breakfast, but the supermarkets nearby offer grest options

Excellent location to Achladies beach, water taxi and bus stop 10. Room was small but clean and for a 2* greek hotel it exceeded my past experiences. Air con and fridge worked (although electricity doesn't work while you're out). Comfy bed and it was quiet!
Fridge and aircon switch off while you're out as you have to take the key fob with you. Shower is handheld but powerful.
