About this house rental
Nestled in Modesto, this lovely house for $216 per night is a great choice for your next break. A beautiful 3074 sq ft. two-story house with 5 guest rooms located in a friendly and quiet neighborhood. Not only do we offer clean and comfortable rooms for our guests, but we also include a lightly stocked fridge, bottled water, and Wifi for all our guests. Each room is secured with a private number padlock to ensure guest security as well as privacy. Our main goal is to have our guests feel comfortable during their stay. This home is spacious with plenty of bedrooms and comfortable living room, large kitchen and dining table that seats at 9-10 easily. There is a king bed, rest are queen with a single/double combo bunk bed.
Host provided a few snacks which was awesome after our long flight.
We stayed at this home 5 years ago and it is just as pleasant now as then.

Nice neighborhood, was a little disappointed on the cleanliness of the home. Also the backyard wasn’t useable for my two yr old toddler.

This house is not in a condition to be listed as a VRBO and should be removed from the site. The home is dirty (dirt ring in the bathtub upstairs, old dirty sponge in the sink, counters not clean, etc) and it appears to be someone's home that they vacate when someone rents the home. It needs a deep clean and updates before it should be listed as a rental. I do not think this home was professionally cleaned before we got there. The beds were not made, the coffeemaker was broken, the pots and pans were grimy and dirty. Each room has a keypad lock on it and so if you shut the door you have to have the code to open the door, which is a very annoying inconvenience. The home is also very noisy and echos. The bed frames were very noisy, so much so that rolling over caused such loud creaking that it would wake us up. The home was not comfortable or welcoming. The master bedroom is not available for use and is locked. I would absolutely not recommend this home and we could not wait to leave.

This was a very good experience for our family.
We enjoyed our stay and communicating with the manager was relatively easy. There are a few needed repairs to the home but nothing that really hindered our stay. It was well stocked and decently clean...the beds where mostly comfortable with just a noticeable higher bump in the middle of the king bed.

Great place for a large family to get together. Not a place for outdoor activities, which was perfect for us. Plenty of room for everyone inside. It was so much more comfortable than getting separate hotel rooms. We had a wonderful time.

Nice place for large groups
This house has plenty of room for multiple families and is in a good location to surrounding towns. The beds & pillows were very comfortable. Teenagers said couches were very comfortable to sleep on as well. The house does need to be updated in areas, specifically the kitchen and bathrooms. Outdoor area is not very inviting, front area seats are ripped and torn. Backyard is dried up and no seating. Overall, good place to stay for a group, just not a great hang out spot outdoors.

Really appreciated living space. Nice bonus was a few food items available for use. Well stocked , needed to hunt for a few items.

Wonderful House!
We have stayed at this house for the past three years as a group of guys attend an annual conference. The house is huge, clean, and comfortable. The owners are incredibly hospitable as waters and snacks were available. We love this location!!!

5 Bedrooms
The property manager was very accommodating and helpful. The house was well stocked with food and beverages which was a nice surprise. There were lots of nice touches.
The master bedroom wasn’t accessible which was a disappointment.

Lots of space, but not that clean
Our family enjoyed the size of the home and the provided snacks/drinks. However, the house seemed to only be surface cleaned. The home needs a thorough cleaning especially in each bathroom, along with all the baseboards, plug ins and light switches.

Perfect for family time
We stayed here for a family funeral and owner was very helpful and accommodating for our group. The house fit our needs well. I wish that I had known a couple of things before arriving -
1) The listing states that host is available on site - I thought this meant that there was a separate living space for the host, but instead they live inside the house in the Master Bedroom. BUT we did not see them at all while we were there, so assume they were elsewhere during our stay and this may always be the case.
2) The pictures are minimal and we did not realize that we would not have access to the Master Bedroom. Not a huge problem, but we wish we had known this before hand.
The five bedrooms we did have access to had great beds and the 3 bathrooms with constant hot water worked well for our group. Thank you for added snacks and cold water left for us.
