We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful hotel! The service was great, and the entertainment team was really fun. Everything was super clean, from our room to the whole hotel. It’s so close to the aqua park, which made getting there really easy. The aquapark itself is really awesome, and the kids loved it a lot. The outdoor pools were big and clean, and there were always plenty of sunbeds that were comfortable and well-kept. The food and drinks were plentiful and tasty. The staff was friendly and helpful, which made our visit even better. Overall, everything was well organized and high quality – we loved it!

The room was nicely presented. Great entertainment and loved that you could bring your little ones to the spa. My kids loved the slides in the Aqua park. Definitely would go back there again .
There was no air conditioning in the room. The food was repetitive and not enough selection of meats and deserts were all cream based. Did not like the drunk people at 2am in the morning waking everyone up. Especially when you have families trying to sleep with little ones. A lot of smashed glasses and slippery surfaces after 12am due to drunks. Some people where friendly but I am of colour and I felt a lot of people staring at my family and I as not much people of colour come here. You can count the dots on the wall.The drinks and food after 9:30am is limited down to light repetitive snacks only changing the biscuits and cakes. Do not recommend the sandwiches not nice at all. On the hottest day there was no water which was crazy and they were charging more for this.

Excellent hotel, fantastic site! Our room was huge, everything very clean. The food (all inclusive) is wonderful! The waterpark is amazing, everything you can dream about! We would definitely come again!

It was clean.pools were nice. Aqua park smacking
The Food was not great . Often cold or Luke warm . Not a great choice , Not much choice for vegans and vegetarians hot meals .. Most of the meat was pork or mixed with pork . I am not a pork eater so very disappointed. Drinks low quality alcohol.
