Staff was friendly and attentive. King bed in the room was comfortable and room was clean. There were a couple glitches when we entered the room (only one towel, broken bathroom light) but the hotel responded and corrected the issues promptly.
As others have noted, street noice can be loud. We requested a higher floor, but even then the noise outside woke us up several times during the night. The neighborhood is not the greatest and a little sketchy, but our party never felt unsafe at night going to restaurants, etc.

This hotel is centrally located. Personal is very helpful and nice.
There was a cockroach in my room. After switching the room, it was a noisy room with a weird smell.
