Très jolie maison de style coloniale, à 2 pas de la plage de Unawatuna mais en peu à rentrait de la rue donc au calme.
Couple d’hôtes absolument charmant et disponible.
Literie confortable.
Bon petit déjeuner et possibilité d'y diner le soir en prévenant à l'avance

L'emplacement calme dans une impasse mais à 2 pas des jolies rues commerçantes et de la plage avec ses nombreux cafés restaurants.
La beauté et le style de cette très belle maison coloniale.
L'extrême gentillesse de notre hôte et de sa famille, à la fois discret, professionnel et aux petits soins.
La chambre spacieuse, joliment décorée avec sa salle de bain d'une propreté irréprochable.

С первой минуты почувствовала себя, как дома. Это небольшой семейный отель, где хозяин и его всегда улыбчивая жена, встречают тебя и окружают заботой, как родные люди. За несколько дней проживания, даже с моим далеко не сильным английским, мы действительно сблизились духовно: много общались, услышала рассказы и об этом старинном итальянском доме, и о семье г-на Piyala. Они всегда отзываются на твои просьбы: заказывала и ужины, и ланкийский завтрак, и трансфер в аэропорт организовал по самой низкой цене - все очень четко, по времени и с искренней заботой. Отель расположен в саду, с балкона все время, как будто смотришь программу "В мире животных" по телевизору. Место удивительное: среди массы больших и малых отелей, рядом с пляжем, кафе, магазинами, фруктовыми лавками, но скрытое в тени этого сада, очень спокойное и уединенное. Для любителей не шумного отдыха - рекомендую. Если доведется еще бывать на Шри-Ланке, обязательно остановлюсь здесь. Спасибо г-н Piyal.

The rooms are located in a calm and quiet environment. You can get up in the morning with chirping and twitters of birds. Staff behavior is appreciable.
The rooms are very small and located on first floor. There is no space to unpack the luggage. It lacks basic amenities like shampoo, soap, slippers, electric kettle, glass tumbler, etc. It is difficult to climb the narrow spiral staircase to access the rooms for the aged as well as children. Light in the room is very insufficient.
