The location was the best. I loved it in Ortigia. The place was comfy, clean, and new, refurbished. We forgot our Kindle, but the lady at the reception was very kind and sent it to Spain.
There was only the corridor, very old, falling apart outside the rooms, but it did not bother me at all. It looked authentic.

The location is excellent. There is no reception but the staff are very attentive and you can WhatsApp them any questions. The room is a good size with air con and it is clean. Breakfast is a coffee and croissant in a cafe across the road which was lovely.
Nothing about the property however, I booked the shuttle and then confirmed it by text 2 days before but when I got to the airport I was told it wasn’t booked and I had to get the bus.

Nothing it was good

Location convenient
No communication from property advising how to get the key. Luckily, someone answered the door and they took me to another property to retrieve the key. Staff acted as if they didn’t know I was coming.
Room was clean with a window looking to an interior atrium with other tenants
Despite being called a B&B, no breakfast was offered.
