Benfis Park is a small exclusive urbanisation consisting mainly of luxury villas. ''This is not the ''Costa Blackpool''. This large private ground floor villa apartment sleeps up to 5 persons. La casa tiene todas las comodidades que puedas necesitar, te reciben con un paquete de comida de bienvenida, la casa es muy bonita, la piscina está genial, la zona es muy tranquila y además tienes un restaurante que está muy bien al final de la calle. El horario de entrada y salida flexible. Los dueños muy amables y complacientes.Lo dicho, la casa no puede ser más perfecta. Volveremos en cuanto podamos !! Mi familia y yo hemos estado muy muy agusto 😊?

I would not describe the property as 5 star. However it did have everything we needed for our stay.
We didn’t use the pool as we stayed in January and it was quite chilly. It did look clean, well looked after and there were plenty of loungers, towels and items for children to play with.
The facilities were good with ( everything we needed-Uk tv via skybox(only basic channels but I think you could probably take your card from uk if you needed too) There was also a DVD player and a small selection of films(again you could take your own dvds if you wanted.
Kitchen was well equipped with fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle,oven hob and plenty of plates, saucepans, glasses, cutlery etc.
There is plenty of space in all the rooms. Double bed was comfortable- there were only 2 of us so we only used one. Loads of storage space available for luggage, pushchairs, wheelchairs, golf/sports equipment.
The area is very quiet with plenty of parking space.
We only found one bar/ restaurant within easy walking distance. Food was ok, reasonably priced.
The villa is within short driving distances of many towns, beaches etc. However you do need to drive everywhere you need to go. Even in January rather were lots of people hiking and cycling.
Peter was very friendly on our first day, showing us round the villa and how everything worked. We didn’t see him again but he was in the upstairs apartment if we needed him. There was also a short printed explanation of useful information about the villa and surrounding area.
Downfalls
The hot water supply is not great and only one outlet in the villa can be used at a time. This can cause a problem if you want a shower and someone upstairs is already using the hot water-you have no way of knowing until you try it. This wasn’t too big a problem for us but could be if you went away as a family or group of friends.
The air conditioning/heating unit took a long time to heat up-I’ve never used air conditioning for heating before so not sure if this is usual or I was doing something wrong
The decor and furniture is a bit dated and could do with some TLC
Overall we did enjoy our stay. We were out property hunting most of the day and only used the villa during the evening. It had everything we needed.
