Hairs in the shower and no coffee machine while it is written in the reservation summary

Breakfast was supposed to be included according to your website and I paid extra for the room to have breakfast but they did not and just said sorry

The staff member that helped us check in was very friendly and helpful! The facilities are decent and look like they have been updated in the past few years.

The room was filthy. There was hair everywhere: on the sheets, on the towels, on the washcloths, on the floor, on the walls, in the shower, on the pillows and sheets, on the chair. The place was so disgusting that I slept on top of the bed and used my own pillows and blanket. The room was so dirty that we actually worried about bedbugs. There were a lot of people just hanging around smoking cigarettes outside. Some of the people on our hall were really loud and yelled a lot, even all through the night. This place seems to be a place that a bunch of rough people live, which doesn’t make you feel very safe.

It was a place to stay for the night but couldn't rest because it was dirty everywhere I looked. Not even sure if the sheets are dirty or stained. Although it was a smoke-free environment supposedly, the stench of smoke was so strong it was like walking into a brick wall. My lungs became irritated, inducing an asthma attack. I would sleep in my car rather than this dump.

You said check-in was at 3 pm. The clerk told me I couldn't check in until 4 pm. I showed him my reservation and he repeated himself not until 4 pm. I mentioned that I had dinner reservations at 5 and needed to get ready. He showed me his sign on the desk which showed 4 pm. There was a woman standing there and she said she would have it ready at 3 pm for me. My room was not cleaned during my stay.

No cups in room. Coffee maker but no coffee

The room I originally had when I arrived had dirty bedding and a stale, foul odor coming from the heating/cooling system. There wasn't a coffee maker or hairdryer in my room that was supposed to be included in the room amenities. The staff was rude when I asked to switch rooms but eventually let me when I told them I would make a phone call to higher management. There wasn't any breakfast.

There was no Ice machine at all. The door injured my daughter and when I confronted The owner about it his response was watch your child better. The was broken I will never stay There again I was over charged 3 night's and nothing was done about it either.
