A pleasant, relaxing and enjoyable stay!

We came in Autumn and the grounds were so beautiful they should have been a postcard

Everyone was extremely friendly place was clean it was a little pricey. Enjoyed the jacuzzi. The place was roomy.

Great location very pretty

No propane for either of the fire pits. No Diet Coke 😂 the upstairs people were a little noisy

Would stay here again!

Loved the atmosphere. Although this is not on the water, it is close enough. It is a little dated in decor, but the living room furniture was new in both rooms that we were in. We stayed in a 3 bedroom suite and there was a lot of space. Courtesy movies available at the front desk. We would stay here again.

Really long hallways. Only one elevator. The ice machine on 1st floor is near the front desk so it made for a long walk since we were near the end.

this stay was awesome, never had any trouble and the staff was more than friendly and a big help!

this place was exceptional! staff was friendly, facilities were clean, pool indoor and outdoor, hot tub inside, in a quiet location but near everything you may want to do in sister bay. would definitely recommend staying here, and we will be back in the future!

Short but accommodating

We did not have breakfast and were unaware it was offered We arrived at 8 pm and left about 9:30 am. Our granddaughter used the hot tub

I’m aware the costs have gone up but I had wished we at least had a view

Very good

Roominess, cleanliness, comfotable chairs, nice balcony, plenty of sugar and creamers. Shower had a no slip floor.

Bed was pretty good. No hair shampoo, just 2 conditioners. Sleeper couch could have been better, only decaf coffee

50/50 on places to stay in door county

It was close to everything. The indoor and outdoor pool. We're very nice and clean. And not to overcrowded. Sona was nice. They had a very nice lobby with game tables and plenty of nice books. They also have a craft table for the children. The first room we stayed in was very nicely updated, but upon arrival we learned we'd have to be moved to a different room. They moved our stuff before us while we were out so we can enjoy the day. Unfortunately the room they moved us too though was not updated and later we found out our first room was the only updated one in the hotel

The fact that we had to move rooms during our stay. The first room we stayed in was very nice. Then they moved us to the third floor and told us our first room is the only one in the hotel that was updated. So it definitely felt like we were downgraded. I don't think I'll be staying at this hotel again until they update all the rooms.

Clean, comfortable, and quiet location still close enough to attractions.

Very clean, everything we needed. Staff was very friendly and the pool, hot tub, and sauna were wonderful.

If I could suggest one small thing it would be to install at least one USB outlet in the suites.

We really enjoyed the entire experience.

Room, common areas, and location were outstanding! The staff was very courteous and helpful. It was a very quiet, tranquil experience that I will recommend to friends and family.

Loved our two night getaway at a great price.

Not much comes to mind except that a boot tray and coat hooks at entrance would be a nice addition.

A rip off by booking.com .The resort was offering buy 2 nights get 1 free .Booking.com did not

very conveniently located .Suites are practical . nice surroundings.

I booked a 2 bedroom apartment and was charged an extra daily fee for anyone beyond 2 guests. That is a scam. The reasonable expectation would be that 4 people could stay in a 2 bedroom apartment for the cost of this place. They don't change sheets or linens regularly, so why the extra charge. Also, there is only one elevator at the front of the building. All other areas must use stairs. This is important to know for those with physical limitations.

Nice location

A good location and friendly staff. Nice to be able to walk into Sister Bay. Kids enjoyed the indoor and outdoor pool.

The wifi is terrible and kept dropping the connection. The rooms are a bit out of date but still functionable. There are no housekeeping services but they would collect garbage and used towels in the hallway. Very pricey for what you get. No food delivers to this location.

Awesome staff, comfortable rooms, and a Perfect place to stay with confidence.

From checking into leaving everything went smooth. We swam in the outdoor pool, cooked in our room with the basic things you needed and grilled on the gas grills. We played corn hole and enjoyed it was so close to town. Comfortable beds. We will be returning.

There is not one thing I can mention.

This is a wonderful property for families who want great space and easy access to all the sister bay has to offer!

The staff was super friendly. Our room was absolutely huge especially for the price! It was located only a few blocks from down town.

The room hadn’t/ hotel hasn’t been updated in years. It was very clean, as best as they could. But the carpet and furniture had stains all over it.
