everything was available and convenient to use (kitchen, washing mashine) and room contained everything as described, laoban was very friendly and upon moving in made for me a friendly excursion to show nearby shops and cafees
the location is extremely noisy, since the window faces large street with motorcycles driving all the night (noisy even if you close the windows).

I like that they have a kitchen to cook breakfast. Also, we can use the washing machine for free if the stay is more than 2 nights. The personnel also replies very fast. We arrived at 3am and he was waiting for us at the door. The location is also very convenient.
The beds were not that comfortable.
