A pleasant place to stay but wasn't an overly social / backpackery place. Thankfully while sightseeing I met a few other solo backpackers who were all staying at Meander, and I tagged aong.
As seems standard in Taiwan, the bed was too firm, so I used the duvet like a mattress topper.

Their is a person who has a smelly odor in the room I hope they wont accept smelly persons like that

Good positive atmosphere. Clear rules without being too demanding or oppressive. Plenty of social space so you're not spending too much time in the dorm room. Provided sandals for guests for indoor use and a good supply of teabags

Location, staff and the pods are great!
The bathroom facilities would use a fans or AC, I was suffocating every-time I went in to use the showers, toilet or to brush my teeth.
Also hand wipes or hand drier would be nice as there is nothing
$$$$
