About this apartment rental
Located 250 meters from the metro station Re di Roma and easily reached from Fiumicino airport the apartment of 70 square meters recently renovated is very bright and quiet even if located in a central location. The area is well served by buses and nearby there are supermarkets and shopping streets.
The apartment is equipped with all comforts: air conditioning, wifi. The kitchen is equipped with a normal oven and a microwave oven and a coffee machine.
Personal deposit to be paid to the owner on site of 100 €.

We love the cleanliness, close approximity to the grocery stores and COLD A/C(equivalent to U.S. cold). The owner is very thorough and an absolute pleasure to deal with. Thanks so much for our stay, Ms Agnese!

Overall, the property owner and the property were very nice. Here is our honest review: The apartment is away from downtown but very close to a train station (5 minute walk) and a Metro stop (10 minute walk). There is a grocery store just around the corner which was very nice. This is away from the city center so it is more of a residential area of town. There are some nice local restaurants in the area that are cheaper than downtown as well. Lots of graffiti and trash about, but we never felt unsafe.The apartment was on the 4th floor but there is an elevator. The apartment is quite big for Europe with a nice, little balcony. It has two bedrooms: one has a queen and the other has a double and a twin. It was great for my family of four (2 parents and 2 teenagers). The kitchen was nice and having a washer was great. The bathroom was nice but European showers tend to be quite small. We had all the basic kitchen things we needed. The provided towels were not "hotel quality" but they worked. The AC worked nicely and we had plenty of hot water for showers. The owner was very nice and communicated with us openly. We arrived late (almost 9pm) and she waited for us. If you book through VRBO, just be aware that you will have to pay a city tax directly to the owner when you arrive. This is common throughout Italy. Overall, we would stay here again if we go back to Rome. It's an exceptional value for the price.

What a wonderful neighborhood to stay in. Hostess was lovely, warm and welcoming. Flat was perfect for my son and I. Spacious, clean and quiet. Plenty of dining choices nearby including a grocery store. Food nearby was more authentic than in the tourist areas. Bus service nearby. I highly recommend (and I’m fussy). I’d be happy to stay there again.
