Nestled in Misquamicut, this attractive house for $949 per night is a great option for your next trip. The house has 4 bedrooms, a Captains closet with a queen size bed inside it, full kitchen, dining room, living room, 4 decks and 2 full baths. The house comfortably sleeps 8 adults and 2-4 children. Broken down by floor: —3rd floor has a master suite (bedroom #1) that has a king size bed and day bed with trundle (suitable for children only); master bath has tub/ shower, sink, toilet and washer/ dryer. Across the hall there is a Captain's closet (yes closet) with a queen sized bed (suitable for 2 children or teens). Additionally there is a newly added large sunroom with floor to ceiling windows facing the ocean with king size bed (bedroom #2). —2nd floor (main living floor) has a full bathroom with shower, kitchen, dining room w seating for 7, living room with triple slider onto the main deck with a large table with seating for 10 people. There are two main level bedrooms- one with 2 twin beds (bedroom #3) and one with a king size bed (bedroom #4). Each bedroom has a sliding door out onto the main deck. There is plenty of room to put a blow up mattress in the living room if desired and there is a door that privatizes the open concept kitchen/ livingroom/ dining room from the rest of the house. The entire open concept kitchen/ dining room/ living room and all bedrooms (including the sunroom) have air conditioning. The only areas without AC are the hallways, bathrooms and the captains closet. One code-locked garage bay is provided with beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, etc. The other garage bay and first floor (basement) stores our personal property and will remain locked at all times and is off limits. The town beach is 0.15 miles away and has bath houses and a life guard. The fire district beaches are spread out along Atlantic ave all the way down to the Andrea- your rental includes parking and walking passes to those beaches/ parking lots. There is a walk-on path to the beach right across the street (to the right of the house with the surfboard fence), HOWEVER, this is just for walking along the water. The beach is private property above the high tide watermark— you will be kicked off by the homeowners if you set up chairs and blankets on those homeowners private property.

Our family gathered for a celebration of one nephew going to college and another having first birthday. The house was perfect for us. There were 10 adults and one baby. We talked of coming back next year for a longer stay.

My sisters and our husbands really needed a long weekend away so I started to search for a house we could rent at the beach. I don’t know how I was lucky enough to find this one, but boy am I glad I did! It was absolutely perfect for our needs… Roomy, comfortable, warm, and welcoming! It really had everything we could possibly need! The best part of the house is the incredible view from every window and every deck. The roof deck was an absolute surprise and offered spectacular views. The sunrises and sunsets we saw will long be remembered. Myriah, our host, was fabulous! So responsive and accommodating. Thanks for a great stay. We loved it and look forward to returning again!

This house was exactly as advertised. It looked just like the photos, with airy rooms and a lot of light. We were able to access the beach and to sit on the balcony just enjoying the salt pond out back, with the many varieties of birds. Very clean and located close to many attractions and restaurants. We had a great time.

This house was the perfect location for our recent celebration of our daughter’s 30th bday. Captivating views of the marsh and Winnipaug Pond, which was wonderful for kayaking. The birds and butterflies are awe inspiring. Then, across the street, the amazing Atlantic. Surf, wind, sun, and sand. The house was well equipped with beach toys, towels, chairs. Great kitchen. Spacious rooms, AC (but who needed it with the fabulous breeze), WiFi, TV, grill. We loved the whimsical fish tank “sleeping closet” and gazing at the stars from the roof deck. Westerly and Misquamicut did not disappoint. Hiked to Napatree Point. Tooled around cute downtown Westerly and Watch Hill. We will be back!

Beautiful home with lots of availability to the beach, the pond, nice restaurants, Newport, Watch Hill and many other fun places! Lots of room and nice and cool with the air conditioning. We also enjoyed the outdoor decks and beautiful sunsets over the pond. Hope we get to return next year!

This was a lovely cute place for a multi-generational family vacation. It's a very short walk to the beach, and there are two gorgeous decks for sunset/pond views (which we almost preferred to the ocean). The house was set up well for kids, too, with lots of toys and enough room to spread out in the main family room. Very responsive and nice owner (we had problems with two appliances and they texted back w/in minutes).

We enjoyed our family vacation at the beach! The home is beautifully laid out with open space and beautiful views. Everything we needed was in place... even a high chair for the little ones! The owners were great to work with and so accommodating! Highly recommend this to anyone looking for a getaway to the beach!
