Rustic Chic riverfront home on Cane River just 5 miles from historic downtown Natchitoches, LA.
This 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath home comes fully furnished with everything you need for a getaway on the river. Towels, linens, fully stocked kitchen, washer & dryer. Boat launch is 1 mile away, plenty of shopping and local eateries only minutes away.
The master bedroom is downstairs with a queen size bed. There is a full bath and a half bath downstairs. The upstairs has a queen size bed and a single bed in one bedroom. The 3rd bedroom is a small bedroom with a single bed with a pullout trundle bed beneath. There is a full bath upstairs.
Large deck overlooking the river is perfect for your morning coffee or evening sunset!

The house was clean and had all the amenities listed. The beds are comfortable and we all slept well. The house is uniquely decorated which made our stay even more lovely. Location is a short drive to all area attractions. We had a problem with DVD player and the owner was super responsive. Highly recommend staying here.

When we searched for this property I made it clear there would be three elderly couples. Yes, it does have three bedrooms and beds for six people. HOWEVER, you would have to sleep 2 in the master bedroom, 3 in bedroom number #2 (One on the double bed, one on a single day bed, and one on the trundle underneath the day bed), and 1 in bedroom #3. Also, bedroom #3 is as small as a closet and had a single bed and a chair. The closet was locked. No place to open a suitcase or to hang clothes. Bottom line is these accommodations did not meet the needs of three COUPLES. I would only recommend this house to maybe one couple with a few small kids.
The back deck looking over the river was awesome! The rest was just less than average for all other VRBO properties we have rented over the years.
