The location of this property is second to none (in my opinion). The views from the main HUGE balcony are insane! The property is very well equipped and the hosts are outstanding. For the price, I don't think you could get much better value.
My only comment would be that I read it to be 2 bathrooms (and took this to mean 2 full bathrooms), but there is only one shower room. There is however, a shower on the balcony outside the upstairs main room, which my husband was happy to use.

The communication with the owners was very good both prior to arriving at the property and whilst at the property. The location is excellent both in terms of its position overlooking the Venetian harbour, and with very good restaurants and shops in the immediate area; a large supermarket is about a five minute walk from the property. The Venetian harbour area is closed to traffic most of the day, but Talos square is located very close to the accommodation which is ideal as a drop off point for taxi's etc at any time of day. The accommodation was very well equipped and the air conditioning was excellent throughout the property. The main terrace provided excellent views of the harbour and is well equipped with sun loungers and tables and chairs etc. We would be very happy to stay at the property again.
Just be aware there is no vehicle access to the property, but Talos square is a very short walk away (about 2 minutes) so use this square as your drop off point. Also be aware that if you have mobility problems, there are internal stairs up to the living areas however handrails are provided.

Amazing location on edge of old town with great harbour views, yet very quiet.
Breakfast arrangement - Sunday the restaurant serving our breakfast was closed. On Monday we did get the breakfast and we were given a free taxi ride to the airport in place of the first breakfast. Just surprised that the Sunday closure was not known.
